The two Ana's are the BEST! They are kind and extremely helpful. Ana T went out of her way to make sure I had gluten free breakfast options (bread, muffin, and crackers) each morning. Thank you ladies!

Only problem is I stay 3 days in the hotel and all days with out of WiFi

Wonderful location.

The room was described in my booking as having a deep soaking tub but the first room only had a shower. After requesting another room with a tub they finally put us is 301. It had a tub and flimsy shower attachment but I enjoyed the bath. Thé portable air conditioning unit had a large hose attached which drained out the sliding door onto the balcony. This required the sliding door to remain open. The air conditioning in the rest of the suite didn’t work very well. Anna at breakfast was amazing as usual and prepared a boxed breakfast for us as we departed at 2am

Fantastic breakfast, lots of fresh fruit, yogurt eggs, sausage, bacon, breads etc. Homemade bread pudding made by Anna was amazing and she was very attentive and friendly. Nice pool and patio. Small bar served Heineken bottles and super dock. Dinner menu wasn’t great they didn’t have everything listed. Our room had shower, bidet and toilet, bedroom then a living room/kitchen with a fridge and kettle, selection of tea and coffee.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the pool because it was too chilly. Our room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding! Anna goes above and beyond to set out a beautiful, delicious array of breakfast options. The rye bread was homemade and still warm!

Delicious breakfast every morning and no complaints there. We found no shops closeby but there are some within walking distance. It was nice to have a balcony to face the ocean. The only kitchen amenities were a hot water kettle and cups for instant coffee or tea and a small fridge. The blonde lady who arranges the breakfast is wonderful and very helpful. The desk staff were helpful when we lost all hot water to the room and had to have it looked after. The water in our room was tepid for a day of our stay. They didn't have the ham or mushrooms for the pizza we ordered. We weren't very impressed with the menu choices for evening meals as some items were unavailable. It would have been nice to have a TV in the living room area as thats where we sit to watch TV.

Wife and I got there several hours early straight off the plane. Staff was friendly, and provided recommendations for what to do in the meantime. They held our bags while we explored the area on foot and got us into our room early when we got back. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The view was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious.

Located across from the ocean and beautiful beaches. The staff was amazing.

Clean, breakfast good

Breakfast was fantastic and had a beautiful sunroom to sit in to eat. Parking was on site and free, small spaces, but that's normal. The facility is right next to the highway, which I didn't quite see in the pictures, so our seaview room looked over that. It was a good stay.

The room was not clean upon arrival—we found a cigarette butt on the floor as soon as we checked in. The bedroom and bathroom were also very cold, even after we tried increasing the heater temperature. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was quite good. However, the view was disappointing, as it overlooked the parking lot and railroad. The photos on Expedia only showed ocean views, and none indicated the railroad, which was misleading

Arrived. Wet late in the evening. Staff were friendly and room was spacious and clean. Also hotel is very well located, both for Lisbon area and Cascais.

Breakfast was excellent. Grounds beautiful. Only drawback is on a noisy roadway.

The property is off a busy expressway. Once you're inside the property, it's not bad. There is parking but during busy times, the lot may get full quickly. It's a small hotel so don't expect anyone to come out to help you. The day time staff is much better than the evening. The evening guy was meh.. not much personality and didn't do much other than check you and that's it. We asked how to get to the other side where the beach is. He had no clue. The day time staff was much better equip to answer questions and help with general questions. The room was not bad. Shower was good, strong pressure. The sofa bed was decent along with the 2 beds. Breakfast was included and was decent. The place is convenient to drive around to the beach and to the nearby shopping mall. We would probably not go back to this beach due to the fact it's on the opposite side of the beach and not a safe way to get across.

On arrival the prepaid cocktails were not available as waiter was not on duty, so ended up with a basic drink. No iron at all on the property. The hotel is out of the way but that is my fault I should have done more research on the area. The staff were all friendly and house keeping was always done when requested.
