The bed mattress and the hide-a-bed need to be updated… 3 nights and it’s the most I can resist.. otherwise it was clean and the kitchenette is all we needed

The rooms are perfect. Balcony is huge. Staff is delightful. 10 out of 10 will always use this hotel when coming to Ottawa.

Was just like the pictures, got it for a good price, and the kitchen was fully loaded! Probably the best for the price hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Will be back again!

Really crowded even when we were in elevator trying to check out it was huge traffic jam more than busy time in Chicago downtown I was thinking to mention that to the manager that they can charge for the elevator as well since they are looking for a reason to make money on everything like parking in their Really crowded and congested garage parking

Squeaky bed and dirty air ducts made it less than perfect but otherwise the room was perfect for a large family like ours!

Les Suites was the perfect home base for our Ottawa vacation. The location can’t be beat and our room (2 br; 2 bath unit) was ideal for traveling with adult children. We love having a kitchen to make some of our own meals, and there’s a Farm Boy and the bounties of the Market in close walking distance. The unit was very comfortable. Nothing super fancy, but ideal for our needs. The staff were pleasant and very accommodating. Nice to have onsite parking, too. My only complaint is the dinky in-room coffee maker: 1 star for the brown water machine! 😆

Amazing downtown location. Quick check in. Parking onsite for extra $. Clean modern two bedroom suite with full equipped kitchen. Pool is nice as well. We’ve stayed here twice as a family of four. Very nice place. Beds comfortable and good pillows as well.

The staff were so friendly. Although downtown and across a homeless shelter, the building was safe with entry from parking to elevators and a key card entry. The room was very clean with ice already made in the freezer and dishes and cups provided (4 of each). The tvs both worked with channels and your own log in for Netflix. The elevators are a bit slow due to location being busy but maybe it’s not like that throughout the other times of year. This week was Bluesfest and Parliament meeting. It’s right beside the Rideau mall and walkable to all kinds of food and events in downtown. Overall, a lovely location and will book again

Good location easy access to the highway

The apartment seems to be recently renovated. Everything is newer and clean, especially the bathrooms. Sheets and towels smelled fresh. However I think they may have forgotten to vacuum our unit, or at least the bedrooms. I saw dust bunnies, hair, a dead spider and quite a few tiny pieces of brown cardboard pieces. Didn’t bother me much because over all the place is pleasant and clean and we brought our own slippers to wear inside. Hopefully it’s a one time thing. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, great service and good location

Very spacious and good lay out of the space. Bedrooms were very quiet and did not share a wall with other units. Water pressure in the showers was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Floors were dirty - they had been vaccummed but were not washed.
