Great family friend hotel Close to shops and byward market. Hot tub is no longer available, but pool was great for the children

We checked in to find out there was no parking at the hotel. Had to use a different lot which was beside the hotel but also substantially more expensive. Elevators take forever Being on the 4th floor, we could here this bar that played all night. And was later told by the front desk unless you're on the 20th floor. U will hear it. The room looks nothing like the ones in this advertisement. The carpet is a yellow brown colour. The bedding was clean and so was the bathroom. The housekeeper kept forgetting to fill up the coffee and the soap was empty the entire time we were there. Luckily I brought my own. Located in a great spot if u don't mind losing sleep and a grungy suite on the 4th floor b

The rooms were spacious , clean and the location of the hotel was perfect !

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, the one issue we had the beds were to small for a couple to share and were not big people . lol . ALSO forget using the underground parking if you have a large pickup truck and or long SUV they don't fit. The location is perfect near the mall the convention center and many great dinning experience's.

Rooms were great! Housekeeper was very officiant asking if i needed things every time I saw her in the hall. I was on the 14th floor!

Room was great for families, very clean and staff very responsive.

Start with the pros: Room was huge, most of the room was good. If you’re staying for a long stay it’s probably a good choice. Cons: when I arrived the dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes. I called 3 times before someone came. The room wasn’t cleaned properly when we got there or the next day. Towels were ripped, electrical outlets were covered over with tape and the shower head was being held up with electrical tape.

The room was great especially with traveling with children. The room had more than enough room, the kitchen and washer/dryer were a great convenience. The room was very clean and any staff we encountered were extremely helpful. The location is great with multiple locations for food and getting groceries for the room just a few minutes away. The parking garage had plenty of spaces and was easy to get in and out of.

No tv in second bedroom, noisy at times, weird shower door design. Liked the kitchen, laundry access good.

Very clean, lots of space, full kitchen amenities and location was awesome! Close to walk to many sites and the Rideau for skating! Will definitely come back with the family

Room was very nice, great amenities, fully equipped. Early check-in which was nice. Hotel is a bit of a maze to get to garages. Also we were on 11th floor, pool was on 5th! Due to construction, had to use elevator to go to 7th then walk down to 5th..then to go back, walk upstairs to 7th to take elevator. Not convenient for person with mobility issue!

Everything was perfect. Remodeled rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. Great location.

It's our second time at this hotel. We love the location, it's walking distance to everything. Full kitchen and a separate bedroom are amazing for a family stay. We found our suite very clean.

Rooms were spotless despite construction and very busy hotel

The room was not ready on time. We had to wait for an hour to get our room. And the room was so dirty. Floor was not even cleaned. Whitr stains were everywhere. And sofa bef was not even opened and so dirty that clearly shows it has not washed or changed for a long time. We paid more money than what my friend paid for their room but they got two bedrooms one and we got smaller and dusted room. Hard to understand why.

The room was nice and the staff were friendly. With the ongoing renovation the elevator service was slow and access to the pool area was not ideal.

Great location. Close to lots of great restaurants and the canal. Enjoyed the spacious and clean room. Will definitely book here again.
