Room was good

Great hotel with full kitchen and laundry that is a short walk to Rogers centre and affordable price. Close walk to Byward market and lots of good restaurants.

I sayed for 5 nights. I made good use of the kitchen. Made dinner only 1 night but made breakfast and a lunch to go daily. Suite was very clean and spacious. The one remote operated the tv in the living room and bedroom. Laundry facilities were convienie t as I did laundry the night before departure. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Room was huge and very clean. The convenience of the in room kitchen and laundry are a big asset. It’s right next to the Byward Market and Rideau Mall so close to almost everything.

Have stayed here many times but this was the worst. I love having a kitchen and washing machine. Unfortunately, the "newly" renovated rooms that were done first, a few years ago now, are already starting to fall apart because they picked such cheap fixtures. Also, there was one particular woman at reception (didn't catch her name, she has dark hair that she wears pulled back in a ponytail) who was so incredibly miserable to deal with. No matter what we requested she gave us a hard time. The other staff who work there are lovely, though.

Quite nice apartment-style hotel. Room was very spacious, kitchen very well equipped. Cleaning could have been a bit better, but nothing terrible though. The hotel was under renovations so some floors had ongoing construction. Parking a bit expensive compared to other options in the area.

All was excellent except in one of the bathrooms they were out of lotions, shampoo etc. Very minor issue.

Check in took over a half and hour. The key cards didn’t work so we got stuck in the elevator for a bit and couldn’t get into our room. You “apparently “ can’t get a room here if you don’t have a credit card. Desk people looked like they hated their lives.. not friendly at all. They also charge more for parking on site than what you pay overnight to park up the street. Location is good but overall not a good experience. There was cigarette butts on our balcony in the room…room was good other than that.

Stayed during construction (was not made aware at time of booking) and that's normally not an issue but there was garbage strewn about the floors outside the elevators including loose screws. Room was clean and updated. Pool did not always have towels stocked, sofa bed mattress was extremely thin and uncomfortable, fridge was not running properly.

Thank you Les Suites team for your best hospitality, supports and cleanliness. I booked one bedroom for family and their staff offered two bedrooms without any extra charges. Apartment was very clean and stock with utensils, plates, towels. My teenagers were so happy and I will book with them for all my next trips.

At start it say a Price plus tx cat the end i pay the double and say we can do nothing with attitude at check in my wife was I chock how she talk to us I pay haft of price at Hilton no charge for the car parking not like here and dog Price is double than other place never again

The room was clean, with a well stocked kitchenette. The rooms unfortunately are NOT soundproof at all. This hotel is in a busy area, and the price is right for young families and young adults out partying all night so beware of the noise at all hours of the night and early morning! If you sleep soundly you’ll be fine.
