Great location, good rooms, friendly staff

The resort itself is beautifully located, and there is obvious effort into the grounds and surrounds for guests. The restaurant is nicely appointed for breakfast and dinner, albeit on the more expensive side. Our room was very clean and had all the essentials. It was quite dated and tired, and did not live up to the expectation of an ‘executive’ room. The staircase is quite dangerous for a toddler, with a climbable railing that has no barrier to prevent falling. Although the top bedroom was locked off, the stairs are still accessible. A child gate would be highly beneficial in this room, and I would not recommend families with active toddlers stay in this particular room. Staff were lovely, and reasonable value for money. Would stay again if we were in the area.

we had the 1-bedroom apartment. The bed was really comfortable, and the apartment was clean also very quiet. Staff very helpful on check in and check out.

Nicely done up. Lot of road noise. Poor water pressure in shower. Poor lighting in the room (insufficient to read in bed).

The staff were excellent and most hospitable. We had dinner in the restaurant on both nights and the food was very very nice. Deserts were to die for.

The staff are nice and the location is great. Property is well maintained with the exception of the rooms. It needs to be updated. The carpets are very old and emits a very musty smell. The linens and blankets were also dirty. The kitchen has some basic stuff like coffees and teas which were greatly appreciated. The scenery around the property is great and they have a nice trail walk.

Really enjoyed our one night stay. Room was very nicely presented. A toaster would be an asset to a stayer not wishing to go out first thing. Grounds beautifully maintained. A lovely quiet retreat not far from the city.

Excellent facilities and the rooms are well set up and extremely clean. The perfect place for a family holiday. We will definitely be back!

The breakfast was amazing with a variety of options. The staff were so lovely. The rooms were so clean and fresh and well presented. Very spacious rooms and excellent location.

The restaurant was amazing and the golf course was right nearby. The laundry was super expensive.

The carpet was wet probably due to the humidity. I had to walk up the stairs to the room. Parking wasn’t easy to maneuver due to the small size. Couldn’t sleep due to the humidity in the room.

The heater was not working properly it was on for all night and did not warm the room. Staff came to help thought it would work but did not do its job.
