Great property

I wish Expedia had it noted somewhere that the pool was closed because of renovations.:) I have a sad 10 year old.

I was disappointed because I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and spa. No where on the website did it say it was under renovation and the pool and spa would not be available. We did not find out until the day we arrived. I was very disappointed.

The room was conveniently located close to elevator and back parking lot door. Extra pillows, towels and complimentary coffee was a plus.

Snack open 24hours, food and bar onsite. Felt warm, inviting and safe. Hearing ave shower was very good.

Very unfriendly front to desk staff. Will not be returning

The property was under construction. Overall, it was clean but the bathroom in the rooms are outdated and basic. The tub we had was covered in some sort of mold.

Hotel staff were great. Check in was easy. We chose this location due to the pool / hot tub and it being so close to busch gardens. There was no heads up about the renovations. So the hot tub we were looking forward to didnt happen.

How tall is construction going on. Normally not a problem but they allow the construction workers to start work at 7 AM on a Sunday. I was woken up at 6:30 AM by loud talking, glass, breaking, and noise by the construction workers outside of my hotel window. The toll started up at 7 AM promptly. I wouldn’t stay here for the time being unless you don’t mind being woken up on the weekend that early in the morning.

Be aware that this hotel is under construction. They are working seven days a week, so no break from the noise or restrictions.

I could not open the windows for air

This was our third stay at this hotel, but we won’t be back in the future — the hotel is being renovated but has taken no steps to shield guests from the negative impact of renovation. Parking was extremely competitive, there was a ton of noise at all hours of the day and night, and the room was shabby. All of this, plus an extremely unfriendly front desk clerk, meant that the stay was extremely overpriced for the experience provided.

early. We’ve been staying here for 35 years on Busch Gardens trips. Really like the convenience and the good service.

I didnt like how i booked the place for its courtyard only for it to be close and driving in felt like it wasnt even open with all the construction going on. They dont even offer complimentary breakfast like every other hotel free breakfasts in the morning was always the best part of staying anywhere. I know now i will never stray from the hiltons again.

My only reason for not giving this property five stars is due to the construction going on. However, access to the inside, lobby, etc was convenient. It is in great proximity to Busch Gardens. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel currently under renovations which was not disclosed in booking. Hotel specifically booked for indoor pool/sauna/hot tub after theme parks all day. Everything is closed and check in area is covered in scaffolding.

So gross. Pls and needs to be updated.

The stay was nice but the breakfast could have been a lot better

Room was dirty. Asked for refund for first night. Travelocity would not refund.
