Nothing special in the hotel, very dirty, toilets ,beds sheets , floor so many whatever avilable. I came from colorado, never ever have seen such a terrible hotel. Stain on blankets, smells smokes so much My kids started vomiting and i just left the room and book another locations in comfort. Wast of money. It was just a remarkable terrible night in eno lodge. They said , it is no smoking , but terrible smoke smells in and outside . Ac is worst , make so much noise, old building No safty for kids, they have doors inside to other room, can easily get in to other rooms ,, danger : i booked 3 rooms for single family , but room were far apart have to walk 10 mins to arrive to next family rooms. And No door locks/ seals. It is a old motel not a lodge. No things matched as it is described / shown in pictures. It is a terroble place .

The front desk attendant was nice, but we booked a 2 queen room non-smoking. It was a double and definitely smoking, the smell was terrible. We took one step into the room and saw the one bed, smell, and noticed how dirty the carpet was and decided it was not acceptable to stay. Went back to the front desk and advised we were cancelling as the room was not what was requested.

I did not end up staying there. I feared for my health and safety. It was filthy, there were people living in neighboring rooms. The first key I was given opened a room that had not been cleaned or beds made. The second key opened a room that was filthy, unclean sheets under a made up bed.

We were promised a nonsmoking room. We did not get that. My daughter who suffers asthma, got sick and we had to leave. I am owed a refund

They changed 2 beds room and gave 1 bed room,has not refunded difference

Room was dirty. Faucet in bathroom had no cold water. Bed was ok though.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Mattress sagging, extremely uncomfortable. Pillows terrible. Light fixture by bed missing bulb. Bathroom door falling apart. Stayed 2 nights, room was not touched cleaned during the day. Had to ask front desk for extra towels.

The property has new steel roof. It is slowly undergoing renovations. The bathroom had real safety bars . The water control for the shower needs to upgraded. That will take time.

Shower didn't work and no plug to take a bath. Had to plug the tub with a cup. No cold water coming from sink. No batteries in the remote.

The highway and guests were loud until well after midnight. The toilet was wet on the floor possibly leaking but not sure if it was wet from the sink.

Good

The door had DO NOT ENTER written on it in some sort of thick red fluid. Walked in and the smell was terrible. Turned around and walked out, leaving the room keys on the front desk.

Their bathroom is cleaned but the towels n soap.

We had booked 2 rooms. When I went to go to the room I was sharing with 94 yr old mother we were directed to the rear of the property. The first thing I noticed was that there was someone living in the room nextdoor and several others. The room itself stunk of smoke and dingyness . There were patches of paint missing on the walls anda general sense of being frayed ,dirty and dingy. I didn't like the overall "vibe" of the room especially given the full time residence status of the room nextdoor. There was a scooter and a large trash bag outside the door and a sense of dischevelment. Creepy vibe. When I asked for a different room I was told there weren't any other rooms and given a refund but a refund wasn't offered to me relatives traveling with me who had also booked a room so we were separated when I had to seek other arrangements

Sheets were dirty and floor was dirty also. Only 1 towel in the room. Front office staff was nice and he apologized for the dirty sheets and brought us clean sheets and more towels.
