Hotel is located conveniently. AC didn't work well but room was clean and spacious.

Absolutely great place to stay! Close to everything! Staff was great, room was great and very nice! Will surely be back!!!

Room was not very clean. No hot water for one day. Sheets and pillow cases had stain. Floor was dirty.

The cookies are amazing per usual! Staff was always friendly, rooms were clean, bed comfortable, quiet. Wish there was more water pressure in the shower though

Very convenient location within walking distance to uptown. Quiet and safe location with great amenities. Beds were super, super comfortable.

The reservation was for adjoining rooms, which were not provided. The AC in the lobby was frigid. There was no clock in the room. Breakfast was good. Farther off from downtown than we thought.

Great location, it was close to all the historic sites we wanted to visit. Rooms are clean. We had to ask for 1 more towel, there was only 1 in the room. The staff went and got more and brought to the room in undef 5 minutes.

I was disappointed that all the pool umbrellas were broken. The shaded alcove by the pool had wasps. I told the woman working the front desk the first day and it still was the same on the fourth day. That was very disappointing. Darlene at the bar was very attentive and pleasant. The rooms were very clean.

Neighbors were somewhat noisy and parking was tight. Hotel was pleasant and well maintained. Cleanliness was excellent.

Excellent location in the area. The hotel staff was very friendly, and we were able to check in at 1:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM at no extra charge.

We had a wonderful time. A supervisor at Hotels.com helped make changes to our stay after the first option left me standing outside with no key to get into my reservation. Doubletree was the right place to land. It’s walking distance from many tourist sights. Friendly workers. Overall a good stay.
