Enjoyed our stay especially the happy hour

The property is convenient to LAX and has a very good free breakfast. Great for travelers taking an early flight out of LAX

Nice

The hotel is nice, with the best free breakfast offering we have seen (omelettes made to order are included). It is conveniently located close to the airport with a free shuttle. The only issue we had was with $60 parking, we thought that was too much for an airport hotel.

My stay was very nice. The staff was very accommodating to allow me a later because of my late flight.

Sevice was very good, I didn't like that pancakes weren't served hot off the grill

Thank you to the staff for accommodating our needs. When arriving no more queen beds were available and a staff member accommodate us with what we needed at no estra charge. Breakfast: I want to thank you to the personal making omelets, my omelet was delicious and the salsa offered made it good.

Parking was a bit pricey but no issue finding a spot when going in/out. Room was a bit dated. Beds not horrible but not super comfy either. TV remotes old and hard to use. Breakfast was average. No pancakes or waffles was a bummer for our kids. Major issue was thermostat. Not able to get the room cool so we had to leave the patio door open. Also, no bathroom fan. Space in room was good.

I love the easy method of communication via text requesting for items such as additional towels and beddings. However, there’s a few things I didn’t like about the hotel such as the room looks outdated, the poor lighting in the bathroom and the slow draining after each use of the tub.

Our reservation was made months in advance through Orbitz, but the Embassy Suites called me while I was en route to check in to inform me that they had oversold and would not honor our reservation because it was made by a third party (Orbitz.) If this is allowed to happen, then the Embassy Suites shouldn't be allowed to list their property on Orbitz. We were put in a difficult situation by the Embassy Suites hotel due to their own mismanagement, and had to scramble to find alternate accommodations without any help from them. I would not book a stay with them again, and would be hesitant to book any hotel stay on Orbitz at all.

Exactly what we were looking for - spacious room near the airport with easy parking. Cocktail hour and breakfast were a bonus.

Very nice

We totally enjoyed our stay at Embassy suites. The only issue that I had was there were only two chairs at the table. I wish that there had been at least two more chairs. And I wish that there was at least one chair in the bedroom.

I had a huge issue with the shuttle drivers and the front desk staff Thomas. The shuttle drivers don't stop when they come by the stop at the airport they honk and continue to drive. They don't even pull into the lane. I had to wait an hour for the shuttle due to this issue. I had a toddler with me so there was no way I could run into the lanes of traffic to flag down a driver. Other hotel shuttles at least pulled into the lane but none of the embassy drivers did so. I had to call twice and ask them to have the driver at least stop at the stop to pick up me up. Then on the second call Thomas giggled at me as if I was ridiculous for calling and asking for a shuttle driver to at least come to the stop and STOP! Finally, I was able to have my toddler stand on the sidewalk while I walked out 2 lanes and flagged the driver down then he pulled over and stopped. It was the worst experience, and I will for that reason never stay at Embassy LAX. Also, front desk staff didn't even greet me I had to ask, "can I check in?" and then the worker shook his head yes! Rude! Horrible location and staff.
