Convenient, close to attractions & friendly staff

Breakfast was great, customer service was amazing!

The staff was friendly but the room couch had stains all over it , the hotel was old and it wasn’t worth the money we spent on it ,and also we had to pay for the parking,

The airport shuttle was excellent, they had construction going on around the pool area and could not access the indoor portion.

The hotel was nice and clean. Only thing that was discouraging was the fact that the pool was under construction. I booked with them because they had a pool so it really sucked to not be able to use it during my stay. Sure wish they would’ve had it posted on their site. Oh and you have to pay for parking every night. 🙄

The suites are roomy and well equipped for the price point. The furnishings in-room are a bit dated and there's a little bit of a musky odor but the common area is updated and modern. A decent airport hotel option for a night.

Pool wasn’t open, bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut had to put a towel between the glass , toilet kept clogging and there was an odor in the room The one nice thing were the bartenders Delilah, Cora, and Omar Food was okay.

Shuttle driver was misleading. Kept on saying A44. It was C270. Kitchen closes at 11pm . Called at 1055. Closed!

Super professional and good shuttle driver named Marlon! Give that guy a raise and promotion. Good front desk. Housekeeping was great. Just sad pool was closed and I didn’t want to walk next door since I was tired and lazy that day!

Needs updates, cant believe they charged to self park in an open ungated large parking lot. Rooms were dated, smelled of mildew, coffee but no cups....it was close to airport

Poor professionalism by staff. Everything felt damp. The associate at the door did not greet us, we barely could get her to look up from her iPad to find someone to check us in. We had a 7 year old, that had yet to sleep due to the delayed flight. The associate did not offer to book us a room, we had to ask. After charging us he asked if 1 bed was okay. We were a family of 3. We said we needed two beds, he said he would have to charge us again for a pricier room. Due to not having slept, we just said we would take the other room. The pullout bed was stained. Overall, horrible experience.

I stayed only one night. Didn't use any amenities, but I had cockroach in a bathroom and a giant yellow spider next morning.

Received a note that the pool would be open by 5/22/25 which was not open. Had the room set at 60 F and felt like it would not go under 75 F Staff were nice, room was not nice for the price.

Convenient location. Very nice staff.
