Poor professionalism by staff. Everything felt damp. The associate at the door did not greet us, we barely could get her to look up from her iPad to find someone to check us in. We had a 7 year old, that had yet to sleep due to the delayed flight. The associate did not offer to book us a room, we had to ask. After charging us he asked if 1 bed was okay. We were a family of 3. We said we needed two beds, he said he would have to charge us again for a pricier room. Due to not having slept, we just said we would take the other room. The pullout bed was stained. Overall, horrible experience.
