Overall this was a nice place to stay. There were a few issues that were noteworthy. The tile floors felt gritty on bare feet, our pillows and sheets had some stains.

Did not like its proximity to railroad tracks and the noise of the freight train. Fortunately this occurred at daytime

Our stay was Wonderful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere Would definitely recommend.

Property was clean and the staff was friendly and responsive. I would consider staying there in the future.

I’m a coffee drinker and the pods in the room were not always replaced.

The staff was far from welcoming. They were rude and when I arrive shortly after the check in time (4pm), they looked like at me I was out of crazy because I wanted my room. I had somewhere to be at 6pm and needed to freshen up. They told me to sit down in the lobby and they’d be with me shortly. SEVERAL other families checked in before I was told my room was ready.

The stay was not so good. Upon arrival we noticed large pieces of potato chips on the floor indicating that the floor had not been vacuumed thoroughly. As well a large chunk of enamel was missing from the shower. The room itself appeared to have been modified as that the floor had a noticeable drop-off and was not level throughout.

The front desk staff was rude and purposefully unaccomadating. Other guests complained about the same thing and them said the rooms were dirty.

Great hot breakfast and comfortable beds.

The housekeeping service was subpar in my room, my bathroom had a sour smell on the shower curtain, urine around the toilet base, the tub was stained with old fixtures that was rusty. Also, the water pressure was low in the shower. The beds were made up on the second day stay very sloppy. Nevertheless, the housekeeping staff was nice, but had some language barriers.

It was a nice hotel but there is a train track behind it

Reasonably priced and very neatly kept. The Dove toiletries are great finds.
