This place is over placed for what it offers. The rooms were dirty, and half the outlets didnt work. Over priced food that was not even fresh. The bacon in the morning was literally microwaved, amd everything was cold. There was absolutely no parking for hotel guest.

I made my reservation here with you and when I arrived they forced me to pay 253 dollars for parking and utilities, I don't know what utilities if the rooms are in terrible condition... I chose this hotel because the water park for my 4-year-old daughter was closed the whole time... worst hotel I've been to in Orlando, I'll never return.

The store located in the hotel has a very rude worker who falsely accused a member of the group of theft which was a lie but, hotel backed her which was so wrong. Nothing was taken from that store that was not paid for.

Our stay at Coco Key was nice. This is an older property that has been renovated new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick. The shuttle to Universal was nice. Only wish it ran later as the last one back to the hotel was at 7:20p. We had no complaints and would recommend this place. Just realize, as I said before, it is an older property that has been renovated. For the price you can’t go wrong.

AC went out, which isn’t a bad thing but they kept unplugging it and plugging it and say that would fix. It would last for a little and then hot air would blow out again. The customer service during this was terrible, they didn’t offer to switch rooms. Then the inconsiderate manager decides wake-up calls at 7am is appropriate after the issues took place through 1am. They service in the breakfast is excellent, but majority of items like hasbrowns and sausages were over cooked. Bar staff again very nice, but the prices were not worth the value. I would not recommend.

I like the swimming options for kids, the food is great, the drinks are delicious. It's close by many things in waking distance

Bad service

My family and I had an amazing times sometimes pool had to close due to the rain but understandable, had a amazing time will be back soon

We checked in 2 in the morning because of delayed flight. Entered the room and was hit with a most terrible smell, could not stay in the room at all. The front desk was very apologetic and moved us to another room. The room didn't smell but definitely needed an upgrade. Towels and rags were dingy and stained.
