The breakfast was the best part of my stay here. There is a mini bar of a few things not much and there is not a lot of amenities in the bathroom. Prepare by bring your own.

Breakfast was good. Rooms are small and high price. Not the best Novotel we have used. Location is good. Lifts (at front) always full

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, rooms are not soundproofed adequately for the area of the hotel. Rooms are not 100 clean. Check in experience was terribles.

Clean room, attentive staff, location is quiet, close to the beach and restaurants.

Great location ! A lot of restaurants in walking distance, clean room , beach right across , tourist attractions are all close by & friendly staff ! Would recommend to anyone staying in Rio !

Rooms are big and they keep the hotel very clean. Breakfast is always good and even one day my daughter got dizzy-sick they activated a protocol with first aid. Awesome and recommended. The rooftop is fantastic

El hotel muy bien, buenas camas , buena presión d ducha, muy cerca de la playa y restaurants, tiendas y supermercado caminando . Lo único que no nos gustó mucho fue recepción.

It’s doesn’t have any coffee bar in the room, nor free water. Checking in also took a long time. Aside from those, the hotel is nice.

A lovely hotel just one block back from the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. The roof top bar and pool are great. My only slight negative is the staff at the roof top bar weren’t very friendly and I had to go to the bar to order food even though they were just stood around chatting. Reception staff were great.

The hotel was fine overall and we appreciated being allowed to use the pool before check-in. However, for a 4-star property the service fell short. No bathrobe or slippers in the room, breakfast I had paid for was not honored at check-in, and staff didn’t mention that beach chairs and umbrellas were included—I only found out from other guests. Communication needs improvement.
