the staff is amazing. Property could be kept in better conditions. Need to improve cleaning.

The hotel wasn’t clean

The property had ants on the TV stand. I left a cup of lemonade on the TV stand. The next morning it had around 10 to 15 ants crawling on it. They need to spray the rooms and property.

The tub had a ring around the drain, but the room itself seemed clean and no bad odors. I paid for a King bed and received 2 Queen beds, but the staff was respectful.

Great location but needs a couple of upgrades

My experience at Sheraton property was below my expectations. The room was not upto the mark. I’d prefer Marriot or Hyatt property for lesser price.

The hotel was

Great hotel, with spacious and comfortable rooms and beautiful public spaces. Convenient to loads of restaurants within a mile ot two.

Staff was friendly.

The hotel had a nice lobby area, but the room and pool area were just ok. We got a complimentary breakfast, but it wasn’t the best. I definitely wouldn’t pay $14.95 for it. For a quick stay, it worked for us. The bed was very comfy. The area outside the hotel felt very safe and was close to restaurants and grocery stores.

First day we arrived went to use the bathroom #1 not #2 lol & the toilet immediately flooded & poop was coming up. I was so confused because I did #1. The shower water didn't go down fast enough so we asked for a new room & the ppl at the front desk as acting like we were asking for their soul. After explaining to them several times, that it wasn't our fault about the toilet, they finally gave us a new room. That room was better but the toilet still flushed super slow. The lights in the bathroom flashed a little red, I thought I was in a horror movie. The outside of tub was dirty and there were marks on the the tiles that were strange. The area around the hotel had lots of restaurants and theall was close. I will not be coming back here. When we left in the morning Ed checked us out & he was so nice, wish he was around the whole weekend

Sofi made my stay excellent! She has great customer service. Very professional and helpful. She is very hard working and has a calming demeanor. Give her a raise!!!!!!
