Every one great. Clean rooms and grounds. Would most definitely stay here again.

We stayed Friday to Monday and the breakfast was Awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful. Guest was friendly. I like that it was very convenient to many places. I would suggest getting a variety of flavors for coffee creamer. I would definitely stay again. Shout out to Dameon I think that was his name.

The first room smelled like mildew. The bathroom door didn't work. When the toilet broke, we moved to a better room. It was a decent experience after that.

I liked the size of the room and the complimentary breakfast. I didn't like that the tub drained out slowly and the bathroom fan wasn't running. I made the front desk aware of both but they weren't fixed during my stay.

The staff was excellent!

We loved our room and the amount of towels, the room setup, the couch, ECT... We thought the queen beds seemed a little small but we didn't mind. HOWEVER, the pool here was full of bugs, a shiny film, and DISGUSTING and green.

Staff was great and had great customer service. Breakfast was awesome but not enough eating area when the facility is full.

Room comfy & spacious. 1 elevator was not working. Eggs were cold, coffee was empty had to ask for more. Seems they just wanted to clean up and be done even though we got there at 8:30am and it was supposed to be served until 9am.

Head staff when arrived talked so fast and had to ask her to repeat and she was not happy. The curtains were shredded in the room. Bed was so old and terrible. Dirty on elevator. Toliet too low needs updates desperately. Would never stay there again. Had to pay too park and not secured!! Close it and rebuild!!

Overall good hotel, clean. The pool was warm and clean. The only down fall was the pull out bed uncomfortable but that what you get with a pull out . But no worries it was for only one night.

Comfortable and clean with excellent customer service and amenities. Great beds, great breakfast, great pool, and nice safe environment. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I chose this hotel because of the space and especially the mini fridge since we were coming in to Memphis for a twirling camp. Mini fridge never worked even after being defrosted by maintenance the next day. Room was spacious, bedding ok. Parking is extra which makes no sense, make sure to pay upon check-in, was told to scan and complete, but could do later instead of doing while getting checked in and forgot so I was charged an extra $5 fee to the $7 daily parking. Breakfast was amazing and staff friendly. Air was fresh when you entered and felt safe.
