Staff were friendly and location is excellent! The hotel and rooms are clearly a bit dated, mostly clean but starting to look bad with stained and peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, however rooms were cleaned well. Breakfast was included but would not recommend as it was incredibly crowded, chaotic trying to get food, and no room in the breakfast area to sit. Valet parking was also mentioned and while someone does helpfully guide you to their offsite lot, you need to go with them and walk back, as well as pick up your own car when leaving so it is not real valet service. Overall great location and solid place for a nights sleep, but it is dated and amenities are lacking

The location was top notch area close to major touristic attractions in walking distance. Surrounded by restaurants and live neighborhood at night. The biggest drawback was lack of parking spot on the property.

Closed to downtown and walkable to all places

We got this room with a pullout couch so we could have more space to sleep. The pullout couch was not just uncomfortable, it was unusable. I was not happy about this.

Wish they have an elevator for seniors with luggages or at least someone to carry our luggages to our bedrooms

Was suppose to stay for 3 nights this past weekend but had to leave after the first night. There was mold, dirt and bugs.

That was a terrible experience, dirty room, smelly.

Was old and the room was smelly. There were spiders in the bathroom and a bug ran undwr the bed.

The hotel is always great but the bathroom had an issue with the shower curtain rod. Also, the carpets in the hallway look like they need to be replaced.

It's just old and the carpets look bad and smell slightly weird. Very conveniently located though. Good price for location.

The breakfast area was small and limited on options. It won't stop me though from staying here again.

Good breakfast and nice staff. Nice location. The property was a condo/apartment converted into a hotel. The shower knob was terrible. There is no parking for this hotel and have to park at the holiday inn for additional fee of $40. The floors carpets were dirty and we have to keep kids away from the floor.
