Personale non amichevole, camera con pessima esposizione, bagno puzzolente

It was a very bad experience at this hotel. Both rooms had a terrible smell. We paid $250, and breakfast was not included—they said it was because we booked through Expedia. My friend booked directly for $190, and breakfast was included. I don’t want anyone to go to this terrible hotel. It looks completely different from the photos on Expedia. It’s promoted as hotel but it’s actually a cheap motel Be careful!

Good location

Despite the hotel having plenty of time before our 10 PM check-in, the bathrooms in both of our booked rooms were not properly cleaned, as we found hair in each. I hope the hotel manager has an explanation for this.

Good place for a quick visit to Montreal

Across the street from the train/bus. Free parking. Very Clean and super comfy beds! Pay attention to which booking you get if it has free breakfast or not. Definitely a place I will come back to in the future ! Thank you again!

We really enjoyed our stay – the room was clean, the service was good, and everything was comfortable. The only downside was that the built-in air conditioner was a bit noisy, which made it slightly disturbing at times. Other than that, everything was great.

Work stay could facilitate our work truck. Clean rooms, drive able area with food options, mall and grocery store near by.

Weird smell in the room, parking lot overnight car broken into... not a great place to stay... security issues

We stayed here for 1 night only while on a trip to the east coast from Toronto, trusted their rating on Hotels.com and got scammed. The room was not cleaned at all, several bugs in the room, all the doors of the room were dirty, the towels has someone else's hair on it and stained. when you check in late then there is no option to get room cleaned or change. Pillows and Mattress were extremely uncomfortable. The parking lot is unsafe, the vehicle next to ours was broken into and the hotel doesn't take any responsibility for vehicle safety. "Royal" should be removed from their name! Nothing royal about it.

The rooms needs to be updated, there is only one microwave and it is at the reception area, they only put 2 very small tubes of shampoos and 2 very very small soap. Also anyone can access the facility and come to your room. This place is very outdated the rugs needs to be change. The is only one elevator. You have to prepare to walk .
