We had such an elegant room with a view of Lake Geneva and the swimming pool, we kept the windows open.

We stayed in the newly renovated building. It echos throughout as its concrete. The blinds are not blackout and let light in. So if you need to sleep wear a mask and earplugs. The room was well appointed and beautifully designed.

Very nice start to our trip, we had a lake view room, highly recommend. Clean, modern, comfortable.

Great location and staff!

This is a first class hotel, situated conveniently near the Ouchy stop on the tram, along Lake Geneva. My room was newly renovated and thoughtfully appointed. Some of the digital conveniences (shades, thermostat) were a little baffling, but the room has a lovely desk and large wardrobe and wonderful for business and leisure travelers. The staff was impeccable, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. I can’t wait to stay there again.

This is a nice hotel in a good location. It has recently been renovated and has not fully accommodated to the changes. The hall and to a lesser extent my room had a strong smell of fresh paint. There was no safe in the room. Breakfast was excellent although eggs to order were not available.

Beautiful property although under construction. Only there for one night, but did not really hear any noise from construction. Will book again! 😊

room was directly under the roof. I am a tall person. 15% of the rooms in the hotel were occupied. Why give a small room directly under the roof to a tall person then? in 70% of surface of the room I could not stand. Also, the cabinets are short. My coat could not even hang in the cabinet (too low for the coat)

Loved it

Everything is first class of first class. Does not get any better. Excellent every thing and everyone.

From the minute we arrived, the staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to store our bags and check in a few hours early. The room was gorgeous and had a mini bar in the room with plenty of options for tea and coffee. The bathroom was clean with all amenities of soap, shampoo, heated towels,bathrobe and slippers. Within a 5 min walk from the subway station. And right on the water. Beautiful views. The hotel also has a work out fitness room and an outdoor pool and spa. They have a sister hotel across the road you can also utilize. Staff will give you a city pass for free transportation. HIGHLY recommend and would stay here again.

Very close to the metro making this a great base. Expensive breakfast is not worth it in my opinion

The room we stayed in was impeccably clean. It was well designed and was very well appointed. My only complaint would be that we were staying on the top floor and the room had low ceilings so there were many times that my husband (who is 6 feet tall) hit his head. My other complaint is that the parking garage was a bit inconvenient. There was a stairwell leading to the main property but there was water accumulating at the exit of the garage so we had to navigate not falling into a puddle and carrying our bags up the stairs. The pool was nice. The restaurant was delicious and had excellent service despite being understaffed. The location of the hotel was excellent being right by the waterfront. We were very close to the boat launch—which was lovely. The Hotel staff was very friendly and kind.
