Brilliant stay, from check-in to leaving. Wonderful staff (Alandra on reception, especially). Very good breakfast with service to match. No complaints at all!

Great for the it's price. Clean rooms, dicent size of the pool.

Rooms were good, bathroom was clean. Didn’t have any problems.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Sockets had built in USB ports Breakfast was sufficient with both hot and cold options. Had to pay £5 for parking considering it was outside the grounds and nothing nearby - so its only drawback

Stayed in Bristol loads last few years at several hotels, but without doubt this one has the friendliest and nicest staff.

Lovely hotel, clean modern. Our chambermaid naim kept our room spotless and provided anything we asked for.

Very pleasant staff young lady on reception was very pleasant and helpful also the restaurant staff were great and the food was very nice The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable would definitely stay here again

Car parking cost should be included. App link misleading as says scan QR code for 24 hrs. I then got a reminder at midnight the same night saying needing extending.

Everything that you expect from an experienced Hotel. My only recommendation is updating gym and making it 24/7.

Very clean hotel. Nice bar and restaurant area with good food. Was quiet at night despite being close to a major road. Nice to be able to use the pool, that was a nice bonus.

There was a bit of a wait to check-in as both the reception desks were unmanned and no way to get anyone's attention (i.e. bell). But when we did manage to check-in the room we were assigned was clean and tidy and well maintained. Overall our stay was good.
