Property was clean and well maintained. Room was comfortable and bedding was pretty. Lighted vanity mirror was a very nice touch. Refrigerator was a generous size. Air conditioner worked well but was loud. Water only got warm not hot. Pool was closed our entire 3 day stay. Weather was really hot and we would have liked to swim. Included breakfast was sparse. Waffles were nice. Other items were underwhelming.

I stayed here one night with my kids. The location is quiet, and convenient - the hotel is between a really good breakfast place and a coffee shop. The room was large and comfy. We were able to open the window at night for fresh air. The layout of the room has the windows facing out - away from the parking and walkway, which many of these types of hotels lack and it’s a huge part of comfort and safety.

Good budget option in a convenient location, across from Southern Oregon University, a few blocks from a gourmet grocery and a mile from the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and Oregon Cabaret Theater. Breakfast OK except for the lack of protein, miss the hard-boiled eggs they used to have.

The man who checked us in was very very nice—we arrived at 1:00 am. The place is not nice. The cleanliness was dubious at best. But if you have low expectations, you won’t be disappointed.

Very close to SOU, two restaurants within an easy walk, my room very quiet on side street with little traffic, short drive to OSF

Room was small but bed was comfortable. Starting to show wear and tear from age, especially in the bathroom.

Nice size room, comfortable bed. Fan in the shower did not work very well; kept shutting off. Shower itself was just ok - one of those rain shower heads that make you feel like you never get rinsed off

The hotel was convenient located for me to attend a conference at Southern Oregon University. The room has both a microwave and a coffee maker.

Quick business overnight while traveling through Ashland. The property is dated, but kept up reasonably well. Well lit, and secure. The room was clean, and comfortable and very reasonably priced. A short walk or drive to downtown Ashland. No notable amenities available, but would certainly stay here again as a business travel option

This is a first class hotel. We have been on a one month road trip from seattle to San Diego and back. This was as nice as the Marriott and Wyndham that we were in on this trip. We we very impressed.

Nice receptionist, very accommodating, comfortable enough room and bed. only complaint- breakfast served at 8:00 is too late and communicates that they don't to offer it, really.
