Convient to get to from the events we were in town for. Staff was extremely friendly and nice to my child. There is renovations happening which i didnt realize but will stay again.

The property was very clean/well kept! Check-in was terrible. We waited in line for at least 40 min. I paid $169 for a suite that contained a bed and a sofa bed and was given a regular room with just a bed! Our son had to sleep on the floor. Also the elevator was out so we had to walk up and was asked to helo one of the other guests upstairs. He was unwell. Expedia gave the hotel the incorrect reservation info. I want a full refund! Rooms had a smoke smelling like marijuana? When complaining to front desk was told no action could be taken & no other guest had complained. No one was even available to check it out. Family visiting for a family death w/children were extremely disappointed

We liked the idea of the balcony of it. We also thought the beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean spotless. The idea of also of having shampoo and conditioner and body wash was a good idea cause I forgot mine. What we didn't like was the water pressure in the shower. We all took showers not at the same time but we needed them after a long drive from Hagerstown Md due to traffic.

The elevator was not functional and as a person with a mobility disability I had to walk up stairs with luggage to get to my room. The employee didn’t know how to move me to a bottom floor room & gave up trying without seeking assistance. The hot water in shower wasn’t functioning. Will not stay there again.

The hall stunk like fish. Rooms are old and dreary. They need to get rid of the carpets. Food service was terrible even a Starbucks coffee was not drinkable. Very surprising for a Marriott
