Though they didn't have on-site laundry, the front desk clerk was extremely helpful in helping me locate one very close by!

The room smelled strong like chemicals, The pillows are small and pitiful ! the AC wasn’t working right… it was damp, the floors felt wet and we had a drunk banging on the door around 11 pm!! My husband had surgery early and we just wanted a good nights sleep and this was close to the hospitals

The room had an odor and the room was damp from floor to ceiling.

The accessibility of the room was amazing. The pool was clean. Breakfast not being included caused a little problem not being available as promised online. The staff members encountered were nice and polite.

Everything was great

I liked the king size bed. I did not like the fact that I checked in online only to have to redo everything at the front desk upon arrival. I provided my Wyndham Rewards # to the clerk but it wasn't used. He was confused about the difference between two queen beds versus one king size bed. Finally, I received my reservation confirmation after I had already checked out! I will not stay at this hotel again.

GREAT SPOT

Staff (female) provided excellent customer service and timely response to questions. Equipment in fitness center not working, no air circulation. Motor in bathroom exhaust vent loud!! No breakfast as advertised?? Phone in room not working Couch worn, need replacement.

Convient to hospital

I liked the staff and the room. The refrigerator was something we needed. Housekeeping overlooked some type of spill in the top freezer section. The indoor pool was nice. The gym was adequate.

Had to pay $50 deposit, indoor pool was nice except for the little pool cleaning bit. Room was clean and ac worked amazing. Tv worked and had Netflix and prime video. Was disappointed when we went in the morning and were told they no longer offer breakfast even though it stated online that they did.

Everything was great

We have been using this hotel for several family trips now. It has a bubble King room for the best price in town. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The lady at the desk was very rude and they made me leave because I had someone with me without I.d. Do not recommend this hotel how embarrassing.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable

There was a Cheeto in the floor when I got into my room. Late check out was free the last time I was there, this time I was charged, and I'm not sure why I was charged $50 for a cleaning fee.

Bed was uncomfortable
