Good, not a very good area around, but good quality inn itself

The pool wasn't open which was a disappointment. Also, there were weeds with prickly things on them shooting up throughout the shrub beds in front of the building which was my first impression when I pulled into the parking lot.

Close to dining and shopping, clean room, easy parking.

Great place to stay. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Great breakfast spread. Great customer service. Recommend this place to anyone.

Good service. They had just had a power outage the night before I got there. BIG storm. Many of their systems were still down. Could't make a room key, stuff like that. But they still gave me great service. Had to walk me to my room each time I came and went to let me in. they really went the extra mile.

Getting ready for bed the first night we found pieces of toast on the floor and desk chair. We picked up and threw them away. I requested vacuuming of room the next day. No service was provided as trash was overflowing when we left after 3 nights.

Easy check in and out. Included breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable, location was good.

Float valve in toilet was stuck shut and wouldn't refill toilet tank. Told front desk staff every morning for 3 mornings but was not repaired.

Good breakfast options, with plenty of seating. Clean and comfortable. No decaf coffee offered at night?? Nowhere to walk around outside at night. Too busy and no sidewalks.

We book this same hotel everytime we visit family. It’s clean, convenient, and quiet. The breakfasts are awesome!

Very nice decorated and clean

The breakfast wasnt even close to what this chain normally offers. No trash bags in the room and the coffee pot had coffeepod still in it from the last guest

Very clean and well maintained work property

The desk chair was old and beatened up. The toilet seat was loose and 1 of the rooms we requested was for a king bed and was given 2 queens instead without being notified or offered something for not getting what we requested. Also we checked in around 4:30 and still had to wait on 1 of the rooms to finish being vleaned

The front desk personnel were very friendly. The breakfast that they provide in morning is very good . The room was comfortable and clean.
