Loved our stay in this hotel. Very comfortable, spacious room, clean and very good location for the tourist sights and restaurants. The only thing we missed was a tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We didn’t have breakfast as we preferred to go out for that. Reception was very helpful at all times.

Very nice and friendly personal. Nice and clean rooms. Located at walkable distance. Very quiet location in front of park. No cars driving around as driving is not permitted in this area. Parking is large enough to park a suv. Happy Staying and recommending to others.

Spacious, clean room with very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. The wifi not very good.

Good hotel, quiet and good location. Excellent breakfast. Parking is difficult and/or very expensive. Room was a bit tired and small for a supposed superior room. In summary, served its purpose quite well, but nothing memorable apart from the struggle and expense of parking.

Comfy rooms, but bear in mind that all rooms are around the open atrium, so even on floor 5 where we were, you can hear reception in your room. Earplugs required. Breakfast was good. Our air conditioning didn't work, despite 3 trips to reception, nothing was done.

For the money and the “level” that this hotel is advertised, I am super sure you could find a miles better quality service and comfort in a much cheaper hotel in Leon. I would never stay in this hotel again when I am in leon to see relatives. Not impressed at all. This hotel charges for water bottles in the mini bar and does not even provide a price list to make you aware that you will be charge which I find it beyond disgusting (and blood sucking) they say they have available a car park for you, but don’t tell you they will charge you for it. They do not clean the bathroom - and is clearly noticed as there is mold in the bath and tiles. They did not show the courtesy to at least treat my sons stuffy toys with consideration, threw his travel pillow on the floor and left his teddy bears piled up on the desk with a wet cleaning cloth, it felt that the cleaner rushed out with not care to at least leave the room in a way that could be pleasant when the guess returned.

It’s a lovely hotel close to shops, restaurants and bars. The front desk was very helpful with suggestions on where to go. If you are driving though, beware the tight squeeze in the parking garage.

Was great for a last minute one night stay.

The hotel was in a great position very close to the historical city centre and only 15 minutes easy walk from the bus and train station. Breakfast was lovely. The room was comfortable and we loved the design of the hotel. The staff were brilliant. They provided us with an extra blanket as we were a bit chilly. They also let us store our luggage while we had 4 days walking the Camino (we stayed before we set off and when we got back.

Overnight stay. Wonderful staff and great location.

Staff was friendly and eager to show you the best places to eat. Room was clean and modern, I would definitely stay again, beautiful hotel!!

Love the grandiosity of the building. I did not like that my stay was only 3 nighta : )

The hotel was convenient to attractions such as museum of Leon and Casa Botines. Also, it was near restuarants.
