The lady at the counter was sweet and helpful. The property smells like insecticide and the carpet needs cleaning. Everything else is very clean.

Nice and clean.. i just don’t like the fact that they don’t change your sheets or give you towels once a week

Great experience, decent breakfast and the staff was super nice!

Had a plesant stay nice quiet room. Service only once a week. If you check in on Monday, and god forbid something happened to you, they would not find your body until check out date. Easy self park.

Very nice to have free parking! Had to go to lobby to get towels for pool and ice. No water bottles in room. Room nice and shower/bathroom was very nice.

They have a $250 incident fee that they don’t tell you about and that’s unreal

I loved this suite!! I booked the 2 bedroom & it was very spacious!!! Will definitely book with Sonesta again!! Thank you for a wonderful stay! It was worth the price!

easy parking

It had a lot amenities, which we were not able to use as we were there for one night, however, walking through the hallways, the doors did look dirty and the hallways outdated. I was a bit fearful to see the room. The room, however, was surprisingly nice. Derek, I think that was his nice was very informative and welcoming. Every staff member I came across was very nice and helpful. Looking for the room was a bit confusing. Overall, great.

Property was off the main road so pretty quiet. Room was nice and clean. The provided breakfast well done with a good selection of food.

Pet friendly and plenty of area for dog walking. Room was pet friendly also.

Breakfast was far better then expected. Property is well kept ,pool was clean. Staff was great. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. It is a sofa be though.

Overall a very good stay. The property is clean but has a few homeless nearby but then again this is California. I would stay again

Great stay, clean, quiet, close to my work facility

Pleasantly surprised. I had stayed at others but first time for my husband, who is kind of fussy. He loved it. Full kitchen, was great, even though we only used the freezer. Arriving late, I was at first reluctant about the location, but in the morning, found it to be beautiful grounds. Everyone was intrigued with the pancake machine. I want one. Very nice breakfast.

Not in the greatest area, but never felt unsafe or that my vehicle was in danger
