My place to go when in Goiana.

Great place. Highly recommend

The room was great and spacious. The only I would recommend is a better deep cleaning on the bathroom special on the shower glass door. Breakfast was amazing! Very safe area! The pool was good too, rooftop. I would recommend San Marino!

The refurbished rooms on level 5 and above are great!

Stayed 3 nights here. The upraded rooms are amazing! Great mattress, quiet AC, nice shower ... Loved the breakfast ... Huge spread! Good and safe central location... Restaurants all around. The bad ... The pool is much smaller than it looks in the photo. And the glass around the pool is filthy, probably from the construction. The noise wasn't much of an issue for us.. I saw other people complained about it. Only real problem, we had a few small cockroaches in the room.. and the balcony is big, but seems useless with no furniture. Still enjoyed our stay there, but decided to move to another hotel for our final three days. If you want a big fancy room, good breakfast, okay lobby, this could be a good fit for you.

Nice location Break is good. The room was great large space. I just don’t like the charge for park car 30 Brazilian real money a day.

Staffing is not very knowledgeable. They don't know how to inform you about anything. It's like everyone there is a tourist too.

I hope the remodeling ends soon. The hotel is very nice despite the construction noise during the day.

The property is great and the staff extremely kind. My second time at this property and I will stay there any time I'm in Goiania.

The pool was a little bit dirty but besides that the place is good .

It was mostly ok but the power went out one of the days and it was out for over 12 hours. They didn’t even have a safety light on in the room for safety and being able to see where you’re going in case of an emergency. Also, on the day of check out, we have a couple of family members come to help us clean and pack before we left. They were not sleeping over as they arrived at 5 am and we’re gone by 10 am. They hotel made us pay an additional R$ 200. After we just paid about R$300 a night for staying. And being left in the dark. Definitely won’t go back.

Fica na suíte premium, pois está reformada. Deveriam ter móveis na sacada. Café da manhã e muito bom.

Everything was perfect

Very ordinary hotel with very old fashioned room and bathroom decor. Only over night with late arrival and early departure so didn't stay long

Muito bom atendimento recepção incrível , tinha algumas baratinhas no banheiro do quarto que ficamos , esta faltando dedetizar os ambientes por parte do hotel de resto estão de parabéns ótimo hotel.

A experiência no check-in foi bastante negativa. Chegamos às 14h40, cientes de que o horário oficial do check-in era às 14h. Após preencher toda a documentação, fomos informados pela recepcionista de que seria necessário aguardar de 30 a 40 minutos, pois não havia quartos limpos disponíveis. Explicamos que não poderíamos esperar, já que tínhamos um casamento às 16h, e só então a situação foi resolvida. Apesar da solução, a experiência inicial deixou uma impressão muito ruim.

Minha hospedagem no geral foi boa, o hotel fica numa excelente região, estão reformando a fachada, o atendimento é muito bom. No meu banheiro encontrei umas baratas pequenas, mas passei um dedetizador e resolveu. O café da manhã é bom.

Habíamos estado otras veces y más o menos bien,pero está vez,quitando la amabilidad y ptestatividad del personal,lo demás muy mal,está en obras,las suites premium bien,pero ya muy dejadas,el hotel huele a viejo,y sobre todo lo peor, Cucarachas en el baño por la noche,eso no es admisible en un hotel bajo ningún concepto... Afortunadamente el personal muy amable repito,nos cambió de habitación y en esta no había nada. Necesita que la reforma sea integral,el desayuno ha bajado muchísimo la calidad,como todo el hotel en general,envejecido y en claro declive.

Hotel passando por reforma, não foi informado em momento algum, estacionamento não cabia o veículo q estávamos e não houve nenhuma ajuda sobre isso. Elevadores com defeitos, recepção pouco preparada. O quarto é excelente! Tamanho muito bom! Chuveiro maravilhoso!
