Stayed for the night. Service was great, had no issues. Loved the location was very central to everything. Bfast was really good too for being complementary. Would stay here again. Loved how they asked me what floor I would prefer.

Close to destination. Not very cleared up in grounds or updated facility.

Good size room. I got the room with a king size bed and it was perfect for me. Big screen tv with HBO. Free internet and hot breakfast. Easy check in and check out. Room and bathroom are clean. Bathroom could use a towel bar though. There was none. Also most of the tine when you flush the toilet it wouldn't stop trying to fill the water tank. Rubber stopper probably needs adjustment. Location is good. Very close to freeway 80. And there are fastfoods within walking distance.

Worst

The staff was wonderful, and the hotel was fine, but the walls were paper thin. You could hear everyone in every room around us (including above our room!) and in the hallways. Super friendly, clean, nice accommodations. No complaints there at all! But I heard every step above us and every TV and noise all around us. Have they even heard of insulation?!?!!? Nice overall and good breakfast! Clean accommodations and very nice people. Decent area in safe nice neighborhood.

The room was clean and beds were fine. The WiFi was problematic. It kept cutting out. I went to front desk and they got it back on for a few minutes and it cut out again. The breakfast was weird. The bacon was so thin like paper thing. The pastries were so small. The French toast sticks were bland. All in the free breakfast was not good. I’m not usually one to complain but this will not be a place I want to stay again.

I would honestly say that I will never stay here again. This morning we found a cockroach in between the shower curtains and one more running across the floor. Having experience in the food industry, I knew to look under the refrigerator in the room to see if there were more. After moving the refrigerator, we found 2 more dead roaches and one smaller one that was still alive. I grabbed one of the housekeepers to show her what I saw. We immediately left our room and went to the front desk to let them know. The lady at the desk said she knows they have water bugs but they are not cockroaches. I explained to her I have experience with this and that they are definitely roaches, and clearly they have either nested or beginning to nest under the refrigerator. I was completely baffled by not even receiving an apology from her. She just said well I guess I will have to call pest control then. Her attitude was kinda rude and this is definitely not the best way to run a hospitality business in my opinion.

The facility is clean as was my room. The only issue I had was the bed in room 245. It was the hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep on. I contacted the front desk at 4:00AM to try to change rooms and was told the hotel was fully booked. The young lady at the front desk offered a roll away bed which I thought would be just as bad . I requested enough pillows to make a bed for myself on top of the mattress. (this request was happily fulfilled) The pillows did not make it a pleasant stay, but as least I got a little sleep. The bed in room 245 needs to be replaced!

Hotel was good for what was needed. Bed was stiff, not my personal choice, but still comfortable. There looked to be a good breakfast on site ( I did not eat). Couple fast food and breakfast places very close by. Will stay here again.

Initially no one at front desk for check in. First room we were assigned smelled like smoke, put on hold waiting to ask for different room- finally get to new room that smelled better, but did not have bedding for fold out couch- had to go down to front desk to obtain- given sheets that were too small- had to make ANOTHER trip to desk for proper bedding- all this with 2 infants in tow past their bedtimes. 😞
