I have stayed at this hotel frequently as I have family living close by. On this occasion I had brought my car from England and the excellent staff arranged access to a secure underground car park very close by. When the technology of the check in system at the car park confused me Lucia from reception took the trouble to come to the car park to assist me… amazing guest care on her part. On the Sunday evening Tsueh guided me to a local store that was open the Sunday for me to get a few essentials. I phoned Marlos on reception whist I was still in the UK and he helped arrange my place at the underground car park. All three members of the reception staff were absolutely amazing ! The hotel was nice and the staff was great. I was very impressed with the breakfast, very nicely done. Great selection of food and the staff was cleaning and straightening the entire time to ensure everything was perfect.

Nice hotel, staff friendly, just not happy that they said they had parking, but what they meant was street parking in a busy city. NOT happy.

Buen hotel si deseas ir a el Auditorio. Está justo en frente del hotel. Las dimensiones de la habitación están perfectas porque cuentan con una salita de estar. El baño necesitaba renovación en el área de la bañera.

Discounted public parking. Easy car unoading and loading lugagge area. Great breakfast. Mini refrigerator in the room. Bidet in the bathroom. No security safe in the room. Balcony access.

Stop over on journey south. Booked as we thought it had a bar and restaurant but they were not open. We were charged 30 Euros for our dog which is expensive.

It's a decent hotel with a good offering for its price. The location is safe, though a bit far from the city center.

Interesting property, rooms seem to be remodeled 1 bedroom apartments. Can sleep at least 5 with cot provided for 3 person accomodation. Parking not easily accessible to hotel, especially if handicapped. No garbage pail for the room other than the tiny bathroom pail. Beds were hard. About an easy 30 min tram ride from center of Zaragoza.

It was amazing, just that the facilities like gym and pool were not there and i also booked for a double bed but me and and my partner slept on separate beds. When i asked the reception i was told that is what they have. The first time me and partner had to go through sleeping on separate beds. We wouldn't have booked if we knew we were going to have to sleep on separate beds.
