Hotel proche de la cité administrative, pas loin du centre, propre, calme et avec un accueil agréable

This is a clean budget hotel with parking 20 minute walk from Central Rouen. Great for a stay over on route to elsewhere.

Lino floor in the bedroom! I have never seen a hotel with this old fashioned flooring, so that was not a great start. This was accompanied by woodchip wall paper, which I haven't on any wall for decades! Very poor. The bed also had a plastic mattress protector which is really uncomfortable and unpleasant The staff were nice and the air-conditioning worked, so that was good.

This property is undergoing renovation to the stairways making them quite dangerous. Added to this, the elevator was out of action. We were situated on the fourth floor, I booked this hotel as I have difficulty walking and thought that the lift would suit our needs. In my opinion, any occupancy above the first floor (which is where the breakfast facilities are) should not be in use for safely reasons.

Stop over on way to Bordeaux - great for 1 night with secure underground parking. Rooms not fancy, but very clean and bed/pillows really good quality and comfortable. 20 mins walk to the cathedral where all the restaurants/bars are. Wouldn’t stay for a week but great for a stopover.

Well located opposite a commercial centre with cinema and dining options. Also a tram runs to the main town every few minutes. The hotel itself was a little disappointing. Clean, but needs attention. Holes in the curtains, no kettle, shower positioned too low and barely any room to sit on the loo! The beds were very narrow, but comfy. We stayed in an ibis budget only the night before and found this to be far better. I would stay again, but was a little disappointed.

The hotel and staff were absolutely fine, but the surrounding area was disappointing. We had difficulty finding a suitable restaurant for our evening meal.

It was good to find somewhere, during Covid-19 that was super-clean, well managed and friendly.

Given the Covid crisis, this hotel did weverything they could to make me feel settled.

Very near shopping center and inside it a super big supermarket. Walking distance to the town center too, where there are a lot of churches.

Convenient location just a couple of tram stops from the old centre. Tram station right opposite hotel. Parking ok (but underground hotel carpark vehicle height less than 2m, so if you have a roofbox you'll have to park outside which is by meter). The hotel is what you would expect from an Ibis - it does the job, and this one was particularly well priced when we stayed compared to the central Ibis.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the metro, had onsite parking, and the room was clean, though a bit dated.

Had difficulty finding it. Very helpful reception. Charge for underground parking but on street available. Small room but clean and comfortable.

Room very small but if all you want is some where to lay your head really doesn't matter about 15 min walk from the centre of Rouen. The room was clean, but tired and the vacuuming could have been better ie dusty at the edges and behind door. Popular with tours as there were coaches outside both mornings. Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't have one. Wouldn't rule out booking again but would probably look to be near the centre of town. Also hard to work out how to pull up outside, finding it not hard but we did have to park up on a side street, and go in and ask, as did the couple signing in in front of us. One bonus was the secure parking

I have stayed at this hotel before, so was surprised when I had a problem checking in. Hotels.com resolved this, however, and the rest of my stay wss fine. The room was immaculate, though small. The garage is spacious and convenient. There is a tram station just outside with trams to the heart if Rouen.

Very secure garage...great breakfast.
