The whole hotel needs updated. The outside is rundown , and the first bedroom was filthy, the floor was covered in filth. I am extremely upset that Expedia would use this hotel.

This place is dated. Doesn’t look anything like the photos on their website. The desk chair in the room was broken. The walls needed to be painted. It was clean. The parking lot needs to be paved.

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff At check in was great. Manager helped us with an issue and was very helpful. Breakfast was okay.

The staff was great, the room was clean, the door to the bathroom would not stay shut.. The real thought is the outside of the building looked dirty.. It could use a pressure wash and some sweeping

We had a great stay. Shout out to Shekira (sp?) at the front desk who gave us a very nice room and was very professional and polite during the check in and check out process. The included hot breakfast and free parking was helpful as here weren't many other options in town.

The location was ideal. The lady at the front desk was kind. Everything was walkable. The room smelled musty and had white mold in the bathroom

The location was awesome, free parking for hotel guests and walking distance to the old town and Castillo. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and I could see that the staff took time on it. The not so good: breakfast was not very good, several items in my room didn’t work: phone did not work at all, shower was lukewarm for the first couple nights, some of the channels on the tv just didn’t come in, mini fridge did not keep things cold even on the coldest setting. The ac in the room was cooler. Seems like a lot of things in the room were run-down and old.

My husband and I just needed a room to sleep for a night while we were in town to get tattoos. The front office was informative however the room was pretty bad. Run down, small. No ceiling fan and the worst part was the neighbors next to us started arguing around 1am.It lasted into the morning, getting up around 8am I was going to call non emergency but i was able to finally fall asleep. Would not stay again.

Rooms and facilities are definitely not pristine. Depending on the week you’re staying, I would say this hotel is overpriced. It did suit our needs however and were accommodating with an early check in.

Property pictures very misleading the door to my room wouldn’t close or lock. The lock was barely hanging on. Looked like someone had kicked the door in to have the lock all messed up like that. There were dead bugs (roaches) and hair all over the room. I did not feel safe whatsoever staying there. So I left wasn’t even interested in trying another room. At that point my safety felt compromised and they refused to give me my money back.
