Everything was good and as expected. Not sure why there are bad reviews. The beds were comfortable and shower was good. Not as nice as pictures but everything was fine and worked well. Just no kettle in the room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better—right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel itself was spotless, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Great location and easy in terms of no frills if you just want a modern place to stay that’s near the Trevi fountain. The room doesn’t have kettle etc and the shower was cold at some busy times but was still great for the price

Very easy to walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps - great restaurants around the area in every direction. I felt safe. Also had convenience stores close my open 24/7.

The hotel is well located and newly renovated. The area was nice and safe, only a short walk from Villa Borghese and a 20 minute walk from the Termini. There's a good coffee shop and good restaurants near by (try Il Felini!). Staff was really nice and welcoming. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and you can log into your streaming services on the smart TV which is great when you want to take time to rest at the hotel. However, there is no coffee maker/tea pot in the room and you can hear everything in the hallway: doors slaming, people talking, TV playing, etc. Earbuds and speaking in a low voice are a must. Overall, I appreciated my stay.

Lovely stay! We had a great time here! Close to bus stations and very accessible. Lots of shops and caffes around.

The hotel was a little noisy during the morning. Also had a bad experience one of those mornings I stayed.

This was a really great place to stay. For the price it was an amazing find. 3 of us in one room That was spacious enough and clean and modern. The small single bed was bit hard but every thing else was great
