Staff is nice

Staff support was lacking parking never was cleared after the snowstorm and I slipped and fell.

Bed bugs

The woman who checked me in that night was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable and it ends there. They don't offer television so I hope you have your own streaming channel because that's the only way to watch TV. When you get there you have to make your own ice in the freezer because they don't have an ice machine, there was nothing in the kitchen except the appliances so bring a plate if you want to heat something up. I have a licensed emotional support animal with a vest but they still charged me a pet fee where motel 6 typically doesn't charge a pet fee for an ordinary dog. All in all I was so disappointed that I have not staying at any motel 6 motel ever again I have switched to Chase motels and econo Lodge I suggest you do the same

Clean room & facilities! It would have been better had the parking lot had been cleared of the excess snow !

It was nice

Staff was very nice! The room was very spacious. They don’t offer coffee which was a bummer.

First they put us in a room that was already occupied, then they moved us to a different room but it took 3 times going to the front desk from the 3floor to get a key that would open our new room, by the time it was all done it was 1 AM

Anisha went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, thank you and sorry we bombarded you with questions. We look forward to our next stay there.

Its so much better then the microtel that place had roaches this place is super clean

Not to be the review that completely ruins the hotel. It wasn’t clean enough to eat off the floor. I killed two small insects and a beetle. There were cobwebs right above my bed. All in all it was okay except for those tiny little issues.

Too inconvenient for food

Horrible customer service. We were told that we had no reservation at check in even after showing our paid receipt from Expedia. We were told “it happens all of the time,”

Wifi was not working and the staff at the reception told me to call customer support and I had to stay on call for 45 minutes after having a long day in college, AC was not working, The room was stinking with some strong pungent smell and the washroom was not clean. This is the worst place to stay and I strongly advise every student who is attending Cumberlands not to stay here

Strong cigarette oder in the halls. Its a safe area. The staff friendly. The chair was broken but they replaced it on the forth day. Have stayed here before because of price and the kitchens. It looks like they are replacing ac units that were stored in the hallways. Needs paint. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. We were on the go everyday so not much time in the room. Shopping is convenient.

Smell in the room of humidity

The lobby smelled like a pile of old cigarettes. The room was a total dump. It smelled like cat pee. The ac was pouring water on the carpet and molding. There was c men running down the wall and bugs in the sheets. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen and I’ve been many place.
