Great stay. Very quiet at night. Is out of the way, but straightforward to get onto the city

Room service was worst they don’t come for anything.. ask for towels or anything water they just refuse to come .. worst customer service room service I have ever seen

I’m afraid I would not stay here again. Mixed service from staff for example one day the lifts weren’t working and despite big queues of people no member of staff went to tell them to use the service lift . (They had put up signs but not everyone could read the language). Also when the lift opened it was pitch black. The beds were never made up properly, literally the duvet pulled back over. Sheets were poor quality and scratchy. Our view wasn’t good at all. Food for breakfast was actually okay although they coffee machines produced about a tablespoon of coffee not matter what type you chose. On the positive the hotel is located close to public transport and does have some good facilities for families. There is a small pool and sauna but I never saw anyone working on the reception there. Oh one thing to be aware of - it’s located close to hospitals I think because the noise from ambulances and police was unbelievable some nights - if you go take ear plugs!

This hotel has everything you need for a slick and comfortable business trip.

Great location on the Buda side. Public transportation and shopping mall is just next corner.

Good hotel, the parking is okay, the room was fine, despite not long ago I had a renovated/refurbished similar category room.

Well located, easy parking, comfortable room, clean room, towels, bedcloth. Good sound insulation. I had a good sleep.

Very tight space ,no place to put large baggage

First night out air conditioning was not working and it the 36C heat of Budapest and being in the top floor it was unbearable. They were accommodating the first night and supplied ud with fans and the second night we got moved to a working air conditioned room. The hotel was very clean and the staff very nice. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of different foods.

We had a lovely 3 nights stay at the hotel, with great breakfast, pool and gym. It was close to the places we wanted to see in Budapest. Thank you

The staff was outstanding as we experienced a few issues. The AC did not work in our first room. Once relocated, the AC worked only fair. We were given a fan to help with this. We noticed blood spots on our bed sheets and comforter and brought it the attention of the staff. Quickly resolved but completely unacceptable and disgusting that this happened in the first place. Surprisingly no compensation of any kind was offered. Again, the staff saved the stay in that they were amazing. But probably will never stay in a Novotel again.

One of the worst hotels that i have visited. The service is very bad. Waiters do not smile and are not helpful. AC is not working properly and hasa lot of noise. Rooms are smelly. A lot of flies on the food at the breakfast.. i do not recommend this hotel to anyone

A well positioned hotel with attitude staff that doesn’t reflect the hospitality of Novotel

The room was very old and dirty. Draining in the tub was rusty. Nothing around the hotel except highway. We won’t stay at Novotel in the future.

Great location great place we stayed there one week. Public transportation is super easy from this location. Will definitely use Novotel for our future stays in Budapest.
