This is a nice hotel in the heart of town, close to a large, beautiful park and many options for dining and shopping. The staff is friendly and helpful. One nit: our room had a step leading to the bathroom, and the bathtub was very slippery when showering, despite having a few grooves built into the porcelain.

Hotel, is not accessible by car, but a car park is available 2 mins away, and the hotel arranges a very good rate. The check in was easy, very friendly and the room was very good, nice an comfy. NH Principado is situated in the centre of town and was perfect for an overnight stop and to explore Oviedo

Really good location, a stone's throw of the Cathedral and walking distance to everything. The hotel overall seemed a little dated but it was well kept and the junior suite was a good size, airy and comfortable, though it was quite overlooked by multiple adjacent buildings. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and good quality.

The property was no as advertised. Felt like a cheap American hotel with a bad bed.

Nice breakfast, excellent staff , clean and comfy bed. Only was a problem with a sewer smell in the room. Furniture in the room and hotel needs updating.

City map provided by the Hotel was extremely helpful and mad it easy to find my way back to the Hotel after walking in many different directions every day.

Location was great. Staff was ok, not particularly friendly overall. The room (suite) was Good. Good A/C. Good light and illumination. Bathroom door’s lock didn’t work. Sofa bed really comfortable. Check in was easy. Parking garage 1 block south.

I had a lovely stay visiting relatives who stay in Oviedo. The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Our room was on the inside of the hotel and the window opened out into a square space which meant there was not a lot of air circulating, but it did not cause us any problem.

Excellent service and attention, very close to everything in the center of Oviedo and the parking is on the corner, it's like for small cars but everything is excellent.

Oviedo is one of the best cities in Spain for it's preserved buildings and historical sights. To fully appreciate these, a hotel located on the edge of the historical part of the city is a must. Easily accessible by car or public transport yet right on the edge of the towns best sights, bars and restaurants

Perfect location just 2 blocks away from the Cathedral. Beautiful and comfortable, great breakfast.
