The property was pretty run down. The bathrooms were tiny and dated. We were disappointed because we weren’t informed at all during our booking or even A heads up closer to that the water was going to be shut off on 2 out of 3 of our days from 11-5. Valet and the bell men were amazing and very helpful. One positive is that it’s attached to the mall and convenient. 1/2 the water slides weren’t in use due to construction and active sawing of the concrete under the waterslides which made a haze and a loud pitch whirring noise on top of all the noise of the water slide and kids screaming. Galaxyland rides weren’t all open because they didn’t have enough staff. And it was dirty and construction everywhere….. a bit disappointing….

The room met our needs very well as a party of six.

We were there for 4 nights and didn’t have hot water for the who stay, paid extra for a jacuzzi for the grandchildren and with no hot water we didn’t use it once, is that planned by the hotel??

The room was never cleaned by room service. Once again elevators were broken and consistently have been every single time I’ve been there. (4x) Jacuzzi was incredible.

Love being in the mall

We did not stay in a theme room but the regular rooms are in great shape and are quite spacious. Beds are super comfortable. There was some early morning construction going on that I thought could have waited until at least 8:00 or 8:30 but that may have been outside of the hotel's control since it was the roof of the waterpark that was being worked on.

Room was dirty bathroom was gross other than that staff was okay except the lady who checked us in was chewing on food and was annoying

Clean room

Time for a clean up of the parking and main entrance to the hotel. Elevators are slow, when they are working which is rare. No access to streaming services from the room TV,s No morning coffee. Sorry I won’t stay here again.

Room was clean, only gripe was no hot water in the shower and plugged sink. Wasnt there long enough to bother calling someone to fix it.

Wonderful place to stay! The room needs some updating though as it is getting quite worn down! Great location, price is a bit high for the room (didn’t get a theme room).

Expedia charged us double the rate of the front desk. Warming to all, double check charges and assume Expedia will be much more costly.

No breakast parking greatcroom clean but dated

The property is old. There are updates and renos but the overall age of the property is obvious.

Front desk claimed we had no reservations, when we had received confirmation for 2 rooms. Elevators were extremely slow and busy. Rooms clean but dated and lacked electrical outlets. The restaurant food and service was great.

Breakfast was fresh and felt safe.

The room was the best part of the hotel I don’t think the hallways had seen a vacuum in at least two weeks. I know it wasn’t vacuumed in the three days that I was there.
