First time there, my kids absolutely loved it. Parks all over the place, busy street next to it but other than thaf was amazing

Overall stay was great, the only thing I didn’t like was the carpet in the room, it kinda had a smell and was sticky…..no carpet in the rooms would be perfect

A nice stay. Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly. Room was very clean. Grandkids loved the play area and pool.. the only think is staff needs to keep water of the tile around the pool for safety.

AC Stopped working, Food was expensive for being a hotel. Service went down with rebrand. Staff was good

It was an average hotel. Only stayed 1 night so didn’t use amenities.

Only concern was hotel name change after same day booking. Made it hard to find.

My flight landed at 7am, I was exhausted but had no where to go. They had a room ready for me in an hour and let me check in early so I could get some sleep. The front desk staff is amazing.

Nice property, balconies on the 14th floor could use a little attention and a refresh, other than that, breakfast was great, staff were friendly and attentive and checkin - checkout was smooth and fast.

Cleaners are there to help clean when they can and when you ask them too,they do it very friendly way

I felt the hotel was punishing me for booking my room using third party, like at least they repeated this sentence three times “ ohh, sorry you booked your room using third party, we can’t help you” it was really ridiculous. Another issue, the room was really super old, it’s vintage, look at the attached pics
