Easy, fast check in. Hotel is a little dated but it was also less expensive. : ) It was absolutely fine!

Friendly staff. Place was clean and accommodating.

Have some decent silverware and dishes for breakfast. Had to eat a waffle on a paper plate using cheap silverware—messy and awkward.

The bathroom in one of my rooms had unflushed toilet paper. The fridge also had someone’s food in it.

The staff was great! My truck was broken into in the parking lot overnight, not the staff’s fault! The hotel is directly across the street from the Charlotte Police Station, but trying to get a response from them was terrible! The hotel staff were great though!

Walls and carpet were stained. Building was very aged. Convenient to the light rail.

The property looked better outside than inside.

We had a good stay. Our trip was very short so the room provided everything that we needed. My wife especially enjoys the noon checkout.

Close to train stop

Stayed for a quick overnight. It was conveniently located, Average room, nothing fancy. A little over priced for the level of quality. Just needed a place to crash for the night and this was fine. Staff was great, friendly, quick.
