The staff is very nice and professional and knows their job. However, the breakfast was bad. Hardly anything to pick from and the eggs and sausage seemed days old and stiff as cardboard.

Had some issues with the room. The bed was soiled from the last guest that stayed in the room. The mattress had visible stains on it. Full refund was given but an absolutely disgusting situation.

Convenient location

The staff was amazing and vary kind. Housekeeping was not good, there were a few yellow spots on the bed and the pull out couch had several stains from accident. It is a vary convenient location and a good rate

Room was dirty, bathroom door broken, stuff left behind by previous residents, breakfast not set up when we left before checkout time

Overall, a very comfortable stay. I was traveling alone and felt safe and cozy. The bed & bedding was incredibly comfortable. I slept very well. The mini fridge froze everything. I asked for a replacement & it froze everything too. There were definitely some maintenance issues (broken shower head, fridge), but a great stay for the price.

This hotel was totally crap they over charged me for one of my rooms. I had ants crawling all over the bed and table in the first room I had. I was traveling with my service dog who they treated like a pet. When the switched my room because of the bugs they downgraded me to a smaller room. They also charge a $50 dollar extra charge which wouldn't have been a problem if it was posted on their site or add or anything but it's not listed anywhere. Oh yea in the second room they downgraded me to was a used tampon on the bed between the sheets where my daughter slept

Good rooms remodeled. Free soaps were good quality. Food was good

For the price it was nice. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were small but comfortable. Could use some updates but otherwise not a bad place to stay for a night

Was a nice place. Only have a 2 on cleanliness because there was a city washcloth still hanging in our shower.

Everything was good except bath water didn't drain immediately. The room smelled stuffy at first.

Our family traveled to Green Bay for a Packers game. We got in very late Saturday night and Lee was very courteous and helpful with the check in - he made it a breeze. The day of the game Jay was very accommodating and we really appreciated his help!! Breakfast was very good and had everything we wanted. The hotel was in a great location for the Packer game. We would definitely stay there again!!

The bathroom sink stopper was broke and took forever for the sink to drain. The shower handle was broke and the tub took even longer to drain. If housekeeping was actually cleaning these, they would’ve noticed these things. Also, got locked out of my room when I came back from breakfast because they disabled the key cards. I have a bad leg and it was really painful to do all the walking to go down for breakfast and back up to the room just to turn around and have to do it again.

There were some issues I encountered worth noting. There was an electrical problem with the outlet next to my bed. It made such an aggravating noise that I had to unplug it. I was afraid it would fry anything plugged into it and as such it was rendered unusable. The toilet wasn’t secured to the floor and had significant play when you sat on it. There was cracked mortar in the tile in the shower and on the bathroom floor. There were multiple black stains in the carpeting. There were handcuff keys in the bedside table and somebody’s d*ldo was left in the armchair. Every day when I went down for breakfast there were only 3 sausage patties and no eggs left (I went down well before they stopped serving breakfast). Overall it was what I expected for the price, and nothing more. Would I recommend this hotel to friends or family? Probably not, unless they were on a budget.

Room was dirty, lock was cracked, hole in the bathroom ceiling, random stuffed splattered on the walls, trash on the floor, sink full of hair, trash cans non existent, have the lights didn't work, smelt very musky, & the complimentary shampoo was not existent. Will not be staying at this quality inn again. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first. But won't be returning.

Friendly staff, good breakfast included; scrambled eggs, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, yogurt, toast, bagels, juice, coffee and more. Very convenient to Lambeau Field where we visited the Packer Hall of Fame.
