I do like the convenient and homey feeling but I dislike the smoking everywhere with no areas for non-smoker

Good staff, from shuttle to desk workers. Clean room, excellent restuarants.

Very nice resort- I gave it 4 star rather than 5 star because our room was stuffy every time we entered the room - didn’t stay very cool even though thermostat was registering at 65

Overall the experience was great. Cafe had great food. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. The floor i was staying on appeared to be in the middle of a redo. Starting at about 5 rooms prior to my room there’s no carpet going down the hallway, it was just padding. The bathroom floor was dirty, the mirror had a mascara mark on it. Remote barely worked for the tv. Things within my room that I didn’t expect especially considering what fees come along with staying here. The carpet in the hallway was the most bothersome as no one said anything when checking in.

Room wasn't cleaned. Hair in shower and floor in bathroom still dirty. Loved the hotel though.

Beautiful property, but our room was located at the renovation section so it was not worth the price I paid. The resort fee was high and the WiFi didn’t work and we didn’t have time to use the amenities covered by the resort fees. The parking attendant was rude and racist to not questioned one of our friends who are Caucasians, but rudely said the vehicle will be towed if we at not the hotel guests, therefore, I had to show him the room key! I’m very offended and embarrassed by this rude treatment! The hotel should taken down license plate and monitor it instead of randomly questioning the hotel guests! I wouldn’t stay here at the next basketball tournaments. The Starbucks wasn’t made right because all I got was milk, whipped cream and ice, barely any coffee for a Frappuccino. We dined at Bistro Napa and it was excellent service as a fine restaurant but overpriced for kid filet mignon and king crab legs.
