Overall happy with our stay

Old and dirty carpets.

The only bad thing was lack of drink and snack options.

I got a room that had a broken sink and the toilet was not sealed to the floor properly. The slot on the door that you pull to open the refrigerator was sticky. It was not cleaned.

Was good. Staff was quick and attentive to any needs. Very kind

Room smelled like bubblegum when we first walked in. They had used an overwhelming amount of air fresheners to cover up the smell of vomit somewhere in the room. Short stay so we hunkered down and got some sleep. Wont be staying at this location again.

This is the second time I have stayed here. This time I was put on the first floor. It is definitely a lot louder here than the 3rd floor. The front desk staff is 5 star!!

The lobby and rooms were very nice and clean. The mattress was a little hard for my taste. I like a softer mattress. But all in all a great stay. Great location only 14 min from the University of Tennessee campus.

Room is very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. The only thing is we heard people leaving from their room. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Found this room after being denied a room at another hotel in the area.

Very clean room and hotel and staff is super friendly and helpful. Was perfect for a one night stay.

This property needs renovation. While it’s clean and the front desk service was fine, the furniture, carpets, walls, curtains and fixtures are worn out and beaten up. Operationally good and hygiene seems fine. But much of it is unsightly.

The front desk staff was friendly. When there was an issue with our room they were quick to put us in another room. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance.

It was clean on the surface but needs deep cleaning. They had hot breakfast in the morning

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was nice looking and clean. The only things I did not care for were the shower knob was very awkward to use and there was no real blanket on the bed. The little bit of cover provided is not enough to warm you up at all. The hotel was very quiet and close to so many other businesses so I never had to go far
