The apartment room is huge and clean. The room equipped with complete facilities, such as TV, refrigerator, washing machine, cool kitchen, etc. The staff are helpful and friendly. Its kitchen is fully-equipped as well so we can cook everyday :)

The service is very good, the view is good, everything is good at this hotel.

Great location in central business district, very close to tram station.

There is one of his staff racist against us because we wear the hijab. From 1st time came his speech did not politely ask, "Are you sure you here?" Though he has not clay our hotel voucher. And there's more polite treatment to us ... ask for extension cable he says, "If you need to take yourself down." But we have reported to the manager, may be firmly actioned by the staff.

Everything was perfect. Location: very close to free tram stop, minimarket, mosque (melbourne madinah). Complete facilities like kitchen utensils, big refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction stove, sink, dishwasher machine, washing machine plus dryer and good amenities. Bed also perfect. Free WiFi with strong connection if we become a member. The officers at front desk were friendly and very helpful. Thank you. we'll come back definitely someday. I cannot give a review about the meal cause we never eat there
