Needs proper cleaning, our bed theres eyelashes and the pillow smelly, my husband wner or the front desk and ask to replace but frontdesk on duty indorms that he will send someone to bring in our room, unfortunately until the next day they didnt bring any pillow. Needs attention on cleaning.

Was a comfortable stay

we enjoyed the pool and hot tub! there is a Wendy's and a Vietnamese restaurant within walking distance. the bed was comfortable. the price was reasonable. convenient location. we will be back!

These rooms were gross.. cigarette burns on the sheets. Pillows were so flat and about the half the size of a normal pillow. Mattresses were very old. Rooms were outdated. We stayed for the pool and waterslide. The waterslide was closed until 2pm so no chance of us using it in the morning. We wont be staying again.

If you are traveling with children I don't recommend staying here, the room smelled like cigarettes and when the shower was used the pipes burst causing the room to become unsafe. There were guests that made the place feel unsafe too. The fire alarm went off due to a person smoking in the stair well, in the early hours of the morning. The staff did not call the room after the fact to check up on our wellbeing or to apologize for the inconvenience. Overall we will not come to this place again.

Love the location. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms could be upgraded. Seeing there age and for an old guy, having toilets for 4 year olds is not good. Way too low. Other then that it was great!

No hot water, homeless people everywhere, no insulation around AC unit inside room. room was cold, tub drain plugged.

The bed when I pulled back the sheets was dirty took a picture they told me it was clean

I like the online check in, it was easy and simple set up…fastest check in I ever did, no hassle at the desk…thank you

The elevator was broken but the staff were helpful in hauling the heavy Mexico suitcases up the stairs

This place was extremely sketchy! There were dirty, drunk or high people wandering all around the front entrance at all times. I had my door knocked on several times from randoms. Multiple neighbors left their dogs in their rooms by themselves for hours on end. But...the cops only showed up twice in my six night stay, so that's great. Staff were really nice though!

Had phone calls coming to my room looking for 2 different men. Which the guy at front desk kept putting calls thru. People slamming doors and yelling in hallway all night long and could hear someone trying to open room door. My grandkids were scared and couldn’t sleep all night. Totally bad experience I will never stay again!!

When we first got there only 1 person was working and there was a line up. They have no vending machines, the smittys wasn't open and dont get me started on their free breakfast. Limited selection. Stuff was stale. Staff was standing there with a full garbage with all the food. Limited seating as well. Outside there is dog poop everywhere, cigarette butts, garbage. They also had some very shady people in the building that smelt like booze and the one lady was obviously high on something hardcore and was staring at my daughters weird. In the pool my daughters were harassed by some grown man. Key cards work like crap and if you're lucky youll get a door that doesnt close properly or the handle gets stuck open. Would not recommend.

I should have been notified about the restaurant not open.
