Very nice room, great cocktail hour and breakfast!

Clean rooms, bigger than I imagined, awesome location to all things. Overall staff was great but you could feel the shortness, must be hard to keep staff working.

After being non a freezing plane and in a freezing airport it was VERY DISAPPOINTING that the room temperature could not go beyond 74 degrees. The little space heater they gave was a joke.

Clean and comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful.

Super clean, everyone was very nice. Check-in was simple.

Overall great stay, great location. The bathroom in my room had used washclothes hanging within the shower curtain....was the shocker....

From the start the check in service was terrible. We called before we booked and asked which room type gave a view of the port and was told that all room types had that option and it was just luck of the draw. When we asked at the hotel we were told the rooms with a view were more money. The parking was also really expensive. The lobby was very clean and nice but on a Holiday weekend with several ships coming and going and 2 major football games, only 3 of the 5 elevators were working and a worker told us stairs could only be used for emergencies. We waited 10-20 mins on average for the elevator. The real kicker was the room was not clean. When we walked in there was a coffee stirrer on the floor. I took a few more steps and squished a raisin. The tub had sitting water in it. The shower curtain was falling apart. The dispenser was completely out of shampoo. Multiple lightbulbs were blown. The room was very spacious just not clean.

Nice hotel. Great breakfast & complimentary cocktail in the afternoon.

Conveniently located to restaurants and beaches side.

The tub was dirty looking. The tub was chipped, looking like the paint was chipping . It looked discussing

Elevator is the only thing that was an issue and female bartender at Taste was a bit rude

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel! It has beautiful grounds with very easy access to the beach and pool. Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean, staff friendly great air conditioning. Just would have like a larger bathroom.

Mold on shower grout in bathroom, parking charges not transparent, otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

Very easy to get to cruise terminal.

Business facilities were not up to par.
