I researched the area when booking, and this hotel from visual sites and ratings seems accommodating.. I checked off my boxes once I arrived. I was greeted and welcomed. A comfortable bed, a hot shower, and a cold room with A/C. They also offered breakfast, which hit the spot. The hotel is located conveniently near the airport, work, and at an affordable price. I like it and will recommend this property.

Comfortable and large room, the AC isn't the best though. Breakfast was pretty decent, but didn't vary from day to day. Just a couple of minutes walk to the shops and Plaza de Armas, plus churches and museums. Bus stops and a few convenience stories and bakeries right outside the hotel.

Expedia failed to tell them that wehad paid for breakfast so we had to pay i.e. we paid twice

Perfect place to stay in Santiago. Really beautiful hotel in a great location with friendly staff and very comfortable beds. We arrived early in the morning and they were really kind to let us check in straight away which was amazing after a long overnight flight. I would highly recommend staying here.

Close to metro, lots of dining options, close to city center. Fantastic breakfast

The hotel was comfortable and well situated. The restaurant did a very reasonable 3 course supper that was a good price. It is a modern building and the hotel pool is disappointingly small.

The hotel located at a very convenient spot, walkable to most destinations you want to go.Bus stations as well as the tram are also very close to the hotel. Service people are very friendly and helpful. Just think as a four star hotel should offer customers bottles of water, hopefully they can have some change on that.

The room was old, bed was well used and the Air Conditioner would not adjust so the room was 25 to 27 degrees C (77 - 79F) for the 3 days. We had maintenance up and he said it was working perfectly???? So they gave us a fan!!!! Not a 4 star and not anything greater than a 5 out of a 10 - based on location and staff. Building is in bad shape. But mostly, the hot room with no ability to make it any cooler and no concern from maintenance.

Frustrated, it took a while to check in, the air conditioning was not working and we had to move to another room as the service person could not fix. This took way too long! water in the foyer was always out, very frustrating. The rooms were ok and the breakfast was good. The service related issues were the problems.

Excellent location for shopping, dining, and very convenient public transportation to points of interest in Santiago. It's Make Make seafood restaurant offers a nice breakfast buffet, and tasty dinner choices. Improvements recommended include new larger bath towels, and better/working AC. More English TV stations instead of BBC

Air conditioning was very poor, it was either not working for the 5 days we were there or set so high for money saving reasons it left our room permanently at 27 degrees and very hot and uncomfortable. Staff advised us the manager would contact us which never happened. Staff came to the room after 4 hours waiting and said it was fixed but it remained at 27 degrees the whole time. Air conditioning works well in the lobby and reception but not in the rooms. We didn’t get our hotels.com early check in or room upgrade despite others checking in after us getting an upgrade.

Spent 3 nights at this hotel and was told only on arrival (at 1 am), after 13,5 hours been on a plane, that there was no running water from 23h30-5h30. Same scenario happened on our last night so we couldn't shower or use the toilet when we woke up to catch our flight. We had to use the toilet at the airport. The AC was also not really efficient and we gave up asking for another room when the customer in front of us was told that there was no other rooms available...He was complaining about the ACas well. The receptionist took our informations and said that someone from.the hotel would get in touch with us to offer a partial refund regarding the water inconvenience. It's been more than 3 weeks now and nobody contacted us or responded to the email I have sent a week ago on the subject.

The hotel was good, the room was nice. The restaurant was very good and staff was very kind. The only issue is that the surroundings at night may not be safe, so you have to drive your car or take a taxi instead of walking to a restaurant. During the day, it was close to interesting places like Casa de la Moneda, Plaza de Armas and cerro Santa Lucía.
