EVERYTHING WAS OK UNTIL THE LAST DAY BEFORE I CHECKED OUT WHERE THERE WAS A ISSUE WITH THE TOLIET & I REQUESTED MAINTAINCE TO PLUNG MY TOILET CUZ OF LOW PRESSURE ISSUES WIT TOILET SO IT HAD 2 BE A MISCOMMUNICATION

Great hotel to stay with family. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. I had my grand kids with me and they enjoyed it. The hotel was located in a great area close to restaurants and malls.

Room and hallway smell is unique. Improve the room air quality if its possible.

PUT BIGGER QUALITY INN SIGNS UP NEXT TO HOTEL SO CAB DRIVERS DON'T GET LOST OR CONFUSED WHERE IS HOTEL. A CUMBERLAND FARMS IS IN FRONT OF IT AND CABS THINK THAT IS WHERE PEOPLE WILL BE TO GET PICKED UP FOR THEIR RIDE. PLEASE MAKE BIGGER SIGNS!!!!

There were no issues other than the hotel is located on a busy road. Many cars coming and going from Albany, NY. VERY busy. Be careful!

The room was dirty, the bathroom sink had rice in it, the bed sheets were dirty

Saw roach crawling on pillow the morning I checked out. Didn’t leave the best impression and then I couldn’t stop wondering what may have crawled on me while I was asleep. Housekeeping also knocked before checkout and asked us to leave the door ajar. Not sure if he meant when we left or while we were still in the room.

The room we were originally placed in had a leaking air conditioner, which left an odor and a giant wet spot on the floor of the room. We notified the front desk, and they worked to move us into a different room quickly. It took until the next morning, which wasn't ideal, but we did appreciate that the staff was on top of the situation and left a note for the employee in the morning to ensure it happened as quickly as possible.

Staff is nice , hotel is clean, good prices.

The property is great it's in a great location as well close to lots of shopping places the one thing i don't love about the hotel is the carpet needs a good cleaning. Otherwise lovely place, great staffs, quiet neighborhood and overall i really enjoy my stay. I would definitely recommend.

Room was very clean and well maintained

The place had a bad stench throughout. There was a roach on the fridge top. Carpet needs to be changed. I could lose a watch down the bathroom sink drain

The staff are nice, the property is clean and prices are good.

My wife booked the place because of the advertised breakfast which was supposed to have good options. Guests can make two kinds of waffles, but there is no meat protein available. Be careful of the coffee machine. It is easy to select the lower button which gives you cold coffee. Press the upper button if you want a hot beverage.

Lots of homeless and drunk and toxic people.
