The people above me where so noisy I couldn’t sleep, I thought the walls would be more sound proof

Our sheets were stained. They did change them but why would they put stained sheets on the bed. Hotel is need of some serious renovations. We paid close to $160 a night.

overall the stay was good, and very enjoyable! staff were all very friendly and there was a good variety of breakfast options. There was a problem with the shower in our room, the part you pull to switch from tub to shower was a bit sticky so you had to really pull on it and hold for a bit, but once we figured it out it wasn't much of a problem!

The room was so hot all night because the air conditioner wasn’t working well. I had to open the window to get some fresh air, but it didn’t help. We were sweating all night.

Continental breakfast could have been better. Too much time spent waiting to use only one waffle baker.

A clean room and comfortable beds. And the price was excellent which also included breakfast.

Was there ,as my wife was in the hospital , super friendly lady at the front counter , I checked in to my room and she gave me a call to make sure room was good. Great place , I’ve stayed here 5 times in the last 2 weeks.

Unique location in the bottom of the rail yard several different ways of getting there but close enough to restaurants/pubs in the downtown area. Enjoyed the free breakfast and the pool/gym looked inviting for our athletes. Last minute walk in to book rooms was helpful full with the kind and accommodating staff who we got referred from another hotel staff because some booking error it never went through. Good teamwork there.

Easy to get to, close to the Foothills Hospital. Staff at check in was very friendly - even phoned to see if wverything was good & if we needed anything. The breakfast was plentiful & fresh

Good: free breakfast with options other than bread and cereal, staff were friendly and helpful, very close to the train station and a major highway. Bad: the local health authority closed the hot tub, the ice machine was broken (there's only one for the entire hotel), and there was mold in the bathroom fan (the thing meant to prevent mold) so I couldn't use it without the bathroom smelling. The fan had a sickly sweet smell, as though someone dropped a vape cartridge in it. Overall, the staff are doing the best they can (my linens were clean) but the hotel itself is in perpetual disrepair.

Staff were very friendly, room was clean and comfy. They don’t stock water in their vending machine which was a little inconvenient.
