When we arrived they double charged me. I paid on Expedia but couldn’t find it. The room door was open & tools were in the room and the room was in a disarray. I told the staff but they didn’t do anything about it beside yell for a maintenance man at the pool to come get the tools. The bed had a huge indent on one side. I should not be in the room. It was so uncomfortable that my back was killing me the next morning. The bathtub had a bunch of dirt in the bottom. We couldn’t even shower in it. They had no shampoo or soap. They only had conditioner on the wall. The coffee maker looked like it hadn’t been used in years. We didn’t even use it. There was a bunch of people with kids in a room 2 doors down from us. The kids were running around at all hours of the night unsupervised. I am talking about kids under 3. They kept knocking on our door to show us their suckers. There was also a man that appeared to be on drugs that was slumped over on the stairs beside our room that just stained into his phone that made us uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I did let the staff know that I would like a refund but they said that they couldn’t do it. I am very disappointed.

This location was far from quality. We also got overcharged for our pets! The pool was unsafe. The room was filthy except for the bed. I regret not bringing my slippers. I’d love to get a partial refund.

We arrived at 1: 30am, Lobby was nice, room was not. Toilet was broken. Had to go get a different room. The bed was clean, sink was clean. The entire perimeter around the edge of the room was filthy. Weren't there long enough to need to use the shower, it was so-so. Not sure we would want to. Second room had large chunks broken out of tiles in the bathroom. The breakfast was so-so. Several cooking implements were broken, which left us less choices. Quality definitely does not describe this hotel chain. We were very disappointed.

The check in process was easy and the staff were very friendly. The room air conditioning was already on, so that was very nice coming in from the heat. The room itself was clean, tv worked fine, and the shower was hot. The poor rating comes from a few things that were not good. The pool and area surrounding the pool are disgusting. The pool has green slime around the walls. The water is extremely cloudy like it was just shocked. I wouldn’t let my child swim. The grounds had tall grass and the concrete around the pool has big cracks and holes. The area around the pool smelled like sewer. The second floor landing is full of Brocken ice machine parts. The second floor also has a strong odor or weed. The shower/tub has rust looking spots all in it. My son thought it was blood. The shower curtain is pretty brown at the bottom. Overall I would not return here.

Place was dirty. Waited to be greeted for 30 min because the front desk clerk was too busy arguing with a customer about changing here room. Apparently she used a discount and the clerk had no idea how to help. He kept calling someone else on the phone to help and that person seemed to have been giving him the business.

we reported a broken toilet and were promised 3 times a repairman would come and never did. There were workmen staying in all the rooms surrounding us who were very noisy late at night and very early in the morning. We were told the hotel was fully booked and they could not give us another room

Although the staff are friendly and helpful, the property is run-down and in need of some professional upgrades. Some improvements have been made recently; however, more needs to be done. The mark of a good hotel is attention to detail, but that is not in evidence here.
