No electrical outlets or USB ports by the bed. Everything else is great. Very helpful staff.

Definitely an older hotel. Staff was great. Very rural area and limited options for food and any entertainment. That said, the shower was great, beds very comfortable and it was nice and quiet. Enjoyed our over night stay.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Recommended a good restaurant in area with home cooking.

Rooms were ok

Staff was helpful. The shower floor was rusted and the drain was loose making it a hazzard. First night our room was not cleaned. Trash wasn't taken out dirty towels left on the floor. After I complained things changed.

Clean, bug-free stopover on a long road trip. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was run-down, but clean. Not much in the area, but there are some restaurants in town and it is a short walk from the Wizard of Oz house, which is cute, if you want to stretch your legs. Breakfast included and was fine. If you need a clean, no frills, budget friendly, place to stop as you traverse the great plains, and are not bothered by functional but less than elegant decor, this will suit.

Asked for handicap room due to using a walker for broken foot. Didn’t get one. Floor in room was uneven, especially in area in front of sink and bathroom access. Had difficulty in shower area, cramped, so couldn’t use walker. Check in desk said no handicap rooms available, but on checkout we were told they were available and we should’ve asked for one. Room was dated but clean. Parking lot noise was TERRIBLE we didn’t get much sleep because of semi trucks pulling into park etc. AVOID , we won’t return.

The hotel room furnishings were a little worn around the edges, but the bed was soft and it was quiet.

The room was clean and decent. The only reason I choose this hotel and paid double the rate of other hotels in the area was because it advertised itself as having a pool and hot tub, which I needed after 14 hours of driving. Upon check in I was told the pool and hot tub were out of service. Not sure if there's a conspiracy in KS, but every single time I've booked a hotel in Kansas I get told the same story when I arrive at the hotel, exhausted and sore and ready for a soak. Also, not the hotel's fault, but the whole town of Liberal, KS smells very strongly of cow poop. Luckily the smell is not inside the hotel. Anyway, if your pool and hot tub are out of service, you should let people know so they aren't disappointed on arrival, especially if they've paid extra just for those amenities.

The shower faucet was reversed (hit was cold, cold was scalding). I had to have my room cards reactivated twice. I came in one day and the front desk asked me if I was the one who reported seeing a bug. I said no and they asked if I’d been bitten. What kind of bug? I was a little freaked out but, I hadn’t seen a bug so, I just pretended it didn’t happen as my stay was just about over. I’d suggest staying across the street. It would cost probably double but, you won’t have to deal with this.
