Best decision i made staying here. The place is nice, clean and cozy. Parking was always an issue to places we stayed, but best thing is they have a parking area right outside the hotel.

This hotel is perfect for those with car or willing to arrive via public services, i.e. taxi, Uber, etc. The hotel is doing some renovations (9/25) so it looks a bit messy outside but very clean and nice inside. Close to some shopping sites and restaurants but a bit difficult to get to them walking.

Lots of free parking, 10 min drive into city. Expecting a corporate hotel but full of families and package tour companies, even a kid club! Breakfast was nice with good choice but very busy. Pool area was packed and noisy. Not what I expected.

I found that there was not much comfort in the room during my stay. The service in the dining restaurant was disappointing, and I felt that there was a lack of respect for customers. I ordered dinner, and although I requested water, it was never brought to me until after I finished my meal and left.

Everything was great. Just one suggestion: for people who smoke, it would be nice to have a designated area with tables and umbrellas for smokers as well.

The location is great if you have a car to park. We didn't use the service, but the hotel does have shuttle services to nearby Metro station. However, the hotel cleanliness is below standard for a supposed 4 star hotel. Dust bunnies all over the room, constant smell of cigarettes in the hallways and overall not a friendly staff. This was the third hotel during our vacation, and by far the least desirable one. I would rate it as a 3 or 2.5 star hotel based on the experience and overall appearance of the place.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The rooms are basic but well service daily. I would stay here again but be aware the shuttle is unreliable and inconsistent. We stood outside waiting for it for 40 min only to be told it isn’t running that day as the driver was sick. We ended up resorting to uber and taxi’s as we got tired of the consistent wait..

Reat foyer, friendly front desk staff. The rooms were very old, washroom extremely dated as well with intermittent hot and cold water. It felt like we were in a roadside motel.

Had a great stay here. Check in was fast and easy, hotel room nice clean and tidy. Pool area clean. Hotel staff efficient and friendly.

We checked in and experienced some noise on the first night. They were super quick and gave us another room the following night. It was all very close to the city.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was dirty and had a bad smell, which made it uncomfortable from the start. The staff were not friendly or welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was chaotic — it was far from quiet, with lots of noisy kids running around. The breakfast buffet was another letdown. It wasn’t clean, and the hot dishes were cold and poorly prepared. I expected much better, especially for the price. I won’t be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

The hotel was in the middle of exterior renovation. No mention of this at time of booking. Room was dated but fine. Staff were very friendly. Much of the staff did not speak English. Overall the hotel stay was good.

Beautiful clean hotel, will return when staying in Sevilla! Great for kids, good breakfast. Very large and busy hotel.
