Staff was super friendly and helpful, food was exceptional and my family had a wonderful time!

Love the general vibe

Adult pool area is great. Needs to be better. Restaurants were ok. Not top notch. Villas were not top notch. Carpetting stained. 2 times no hot water in shower. VERY long walk to central building/market restaurants/pools. Huge property. Very long walks. Self parking for patrons should be closer than valet lots.

Hermoso hotel súper bien cuidado, sus instalaciones muy bonitas tipo colonial, nos dieron una villa con balcón cerca de recepción y restaurantes… regresaré!

Really love the Omni La Costa. Amazing property. Staff was amazing. Vue has great food. Only knock on it is that it is 2025 and they don’t have car chargers. A resort like this needs at least 10.

Desk staff just okay. At times took a while for front desk to answer. Heating was not working in our room we had to ask to have it fixed and still didnt get very warm. Took at least twenty min in the morning for warm water to come through pipes. “Clean” linen had a weird smell to it. For the price we paid was not worth it at all. Even outside area had very few fire pits for sitting area

Good: nice hotel and friendly staff. Good gym. Free waters everywhere. Leon who is the valet and waiter lovely guy. Ok coffee shop and restaurant . Food decent. They have a great speak easy.. try it, the bar tender lady is lovely and makes a great cocktail. Bad:They gave us room so far away on property - Room door did not close properly. Really stingy with toilet paper and towels. Parking very expensive and you have no choice….shower took ages to heat up. I would stay again should the occasion arise.

We had an incredible few days celebrating my husbands Birthday and NYE. The front desk staff ordered a bottle of champagne for my husband and the Villa was exceptional. The grounds are spectacular and plenty to do there as to shopping, eating and golf.

Everything was great but slightly on the expensive side

Gorgeous 500 acre property with manicured lawns and flower gardens. Large room, nice restaurant and bar, extremely friendly staff, some facilities a little dated but my room renovated.

We found black mold in the shower. In the middle grout area where the white grout is, kinda gross and would expect more from a nicer resort. This was a weekend staycation for us for our anniversary. We realize the rooms get turned around and cleaned for upcoming guests but every now and then they should inspect rooms for stuff like that.

The property is beautiful and the staff is both friendly and helpful.

Our suite was roomy and very comfortable. Large bathtub and separate shower. The safe was not working. Did not order room service. Would stay again.
