This time I did not have a good experience. When I arrived, they did not have a room despite me having a pre-paid reservation. The room they gave me did not meet my reservation, the second room did not have internet or even phone line, so I finally settle on the third room. Elevators were not working properly and on my last day, power went off with not back up.

El hotel cuenta con alberca y un pequeño gimnasio. Cuenta con una excelente ubicación cerca de centros comerciales y tiendas.

El cuarto era amplio y muy cómodo, buena ubicación y fácil de llegar, el staff fue muy amable en todo momento.

El hotel no emite factura de la estancia, eso resta puntos a todo lo demás que si ofrece, ya que al salir de viaje por trabajo es necesario contar con el comprobante fiscal.

La jabonera de la ducha está en mala posición abajo de la regadera, el agua me tiraba el jabón liquido de las manos y me di un golpe en el codo con la misma jabonera, debería estar del otro lado.

El hotel muy bien, súper bien ubicado. El único problema es que no me dan factura por mi reservación, eso evitará que use la aplicación en un futuro

Room was really comfortable, hotel is in construction but that was not a problem! Food was good, room service was great! Just needed extra water bottles lol but everything was great Bed was super good we enjoy staying in holiday inn express

it is a very central location with parking, with the recent renovations rooms are looking good, tv service is limited and sometimes not reliable

El aire acondicionado le dieron mantenimiento el día que llegamos y estaba muy caliente los cuartos

We inquired about secure parking before making reservations, and the staff spoke English and explained the set up. Everything was excellent--seemed secure, clean, comfortable, very nice--but the Caesar salad delivered by room service at 9 p.m. took a long time and was very bad. Lobby staff, who knew we didn't speak Spanish, should have told us to walk next door to Denny's to get a good salad. We chose to have an American breakfast at Denny's because the complimentary breakfast was very limited.

En verdad que tiene muy buenas instalaciones, las habitaciones nos parecieron bastantes confortables, el desayuno a pesar de ser continental estaba muy bien, únicamente no nos agradaron los jugos, el prrsonal excesivamente amable, la ubicación muy buena.
