This room was the worse room we’ve ever stayed in. The bed was dark & dingy. Could not sleep all night. There was a giant recliner in the room that we were afraid to sit in. There was a huge crack in the back door where light came streaming in. The shower curtain did not fit the tub area, it was way too small, leaving water everywhere. Upon arrival my husband was given a key & instructed to go to a room that was occupied! The poor lady thought he was trying to break in. Do not go there! You will be very sorry you did!

The AC in the room had a bad mildew, damp order and made a lot of noises. We didn't eat the breakfast. It was served in the office which wasn't clean and smells bad. Our TV didn't work. I was told to reset the satellite receiver which didn't fix the problem. Also the bathtub shower needs a shower curtain.

Room was clean enough. Location close to fast food and a decent burger place. Staff were nice and helpful.

I asked if they could fix the tv in my room. The person at the front desk said they would....never did. I went several times to the office no one was there to get help. Terrible customer service. Wouldnt stay here again.

Inaccessible for elder or disabled persons. No convenient access to 2nd story rooms, no elevator for 2nd story rooms, no luggage trollies, no personnel offering assistance to inaccessible rooms rented to disabled seniors who are unable to use stairs or carry luggage.

Very tight parking lot. Towels were limp and wrinkled, like they were used and refolded. This is the first time I’ve ever bought a room for the night and ended up sleeping in my vehicle. This place was rated an eight. This place wasn’t an eight when it was brand new. That’s where I have a problem with the people who leave reviews, they leave a ten rating because they want to be nice. They don’t care about the people they disappoint when they arrive and see this dump. Load trucks racing by all night. The whole town of Tucu could use a steam cleaning. You’ll have to spend at least $150 for a decent hotel here. I’ll be driving by from now on.

The room was clean enough but there was a used sanitary napkin in the trash when we checked in. Light bulb and coffee maker were missing. When i tried to tell the front desk in the morning, no one was available. Coffee was completely out at the breakfast bar but couldn't find anyone to help.

This place is the best for a traveling overnight! Clean, comfortable, great staff!

Conveniently located near I-40. Had to change rooms since Tv and microwave not working. Strange room arrangement. Adjoining door had peephole into an empty light up room.

Great one night stop for me.

A real freezer in addition to the fridge was a plus for us. Water pressure was great.

Clean rooms with updated interiors. Good for overnight stops for truckers and travelers. Limited amenities nearby.

We couldn’t have been happier. The staff was so fed and the room was very clean and accommodating. We had two mini Aussie dogs with us and the price for them was extremely reasonable. Only thing I found wrong was one towel short. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The room set up is weird. Door near parking spot, interior door goes thru the hall, but to no where. You have to walk outside of building to get to the breakfast area, no seating area, food available was very slim to none .
